Overpowered! It would have spells from all schools: Banana Peel (slicken) Necrotic Banana Banana Image Bounding Bananas Banana Skin Banana Shower Might be a fun and silly mod to make all spells about bananas. More fun spells: Kalakoth's Minor Bananas Concelhaut's Parasitic Banana Ghost Bananas Curse of Blackened Banana (My personal favorite because this happens in real life) Form of the Helpless Banana Banana of Many Colors I truly hope obsidian adds a 'Form of the Helpless Banana' Spell now.

Oh yeah? What was KC: D like upon release? Basically this: To be fair I genuinely liked the game and I've recommended it to friends but it was a horrorshow of bugs. Small studio, first game, so forgiveable. I will admit that the bugs Deadfire had on release stung in a way that doesn't really make intuitive sense. I lost a week-long run of the game in KCD due to quest breaking bugs and just was "well, I'll come back later," but the import history bugs in Deadfire were somehow much more annoying even if they were far less consequential. I'm not sure why. Cutting edge RPG's have always had catastrophic bugs though it just goes with the territory -- Darklands was proverbial for it back in the day and has some bugs that still aren't fixed 20 years later. The real difference is that with modern RPG's and Steam there's ongoing support so you know the bugs will probably be fixed a few months down the road. Then there's Skyrim, where constant bugs and glitches were a "feature". It's a good game, but jesus were there times I wanted to just delete the game and not think about it for a few days because of glitches.

I feel like this is a crass joke but I can't figure it out >_> Not everything I say is a joke... I think... To actually provide a build, though, I suggest using rogue/monk with scordeo’s edge (Chance at no recovery for 5 seconds is stronk). You get access to monk’s dance of death for accuracy/wounds and thunderous blows for le extra might and penetration (Swift strikes/flurry too). Rogue provides a fair amount of damage skills along with deep wounds which is super good if you’re constantly critting.

Mod Requests

I don't know if it was already suggested, but how about a mod to add more arbalests/crossbows to the game? -
It's not a stun, it is an interrupt, so it will cancel moves that are being channeled and cause a slight bump in recovery. It also doesn't work with driving flight. Only the first target will be hit. This is probably to prevent the situation that you just described. Don't let that dissuade you from the move, though. Its upgrade, concussive tranquilizer, is easily one of the best moves in the game from my experience with it. The ability to cut 30 seconds off of all beneficial effects currently on the target can make some fights much easier to handle. (It works on bosses and those annoying priests that spam minor avatar)

Well, that /this whole conversation opens a can of worms on what's ethical and general philosophy. Like if people were dedicated, this thread could be a big as that BG2 one. If you think snuffing* out a life is wrong, including with or especially with pay involved, then yes, bounties are a huge ethical problem. You're seeking out people and creatures that are inconvenient to powerful groups and people and killing them for cash. *That said,* if you want to avoid doing that, your only option is to completely avoid multiple areas. Because people with bounties aggro immediately, whether or not you know about them. It's not 100% practical to do (though definitely doable). Edit : To more directly answer your question OP, I think you can sometimes ask what they did. That will tell you whether they are or not. But I don't think the game mechanically cares. They're there as side content to flesh out the world a bit and offer extra side coin. You bring up a good point, but I’m cold and lonely, so I say kill em.
