  1. Depends on what you want. The game is flawed, it's ending is terrible, it's glichie, and some stuff just doesn't make sense. But of course you do have the first half of the game that's actually pretty good. So you descide. For me It's hard to even play the game, because of knowing what it could have been, and should have been.
  2. There is no council, all the Jedi are dead. Well save a VERY slim few. This is not happy time for the galaxy, and KOTOR 3 shouldn't be looked at as a game that will have a new beginning. With a new story that has the TRUE SITH as the enemy, but forgets everything KOTOR 2 and 1 did. One of the points of both games was to get rid of the enemies so that the True Sith would have no one standing in their way. KOTOR 1 tells of how the Mandalorians were given a big hit. KOTOR 2 tells of the final destruction of the Jedi and the Revan/Malak Sith. So there is no one, and thus Bastila on a council is mute, because there is no council. No KOTOR 3 should, and most likely will be, about a banged up Republic vs the Sith. The Republic is weak and ripe for the picking. And I see no reason why Bastila shouldn't be a PC concidering her connection with Revan. Regardless of whether he is the PC or not. The only way to finish her love story with Revan is to have her along for the ride. Dustil is fine as well
  3. I've found that main character deaths, espeically at the start of a movie/game, never seen to work that well.
  4. also bring back bastila and carth since they are alive. or let some questions say if they come back as party members. but i would like them to return. not so much carth but he has grown on me. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Carth should return, but only to continuie his role as in KOTOR 2. As a fleet admiral, but as a conclusion to his story. I'd like to have Dustil be a party member, and for both to reunite at the end. Bastila should return as a party member I'd also like to see Mission and Zaalbar return(non party member fashion). Of course this is only for lightside, but it would be nice to have Zaalbar(if chieftain by this time) allie his wookies with the republic against the Sith. If Darkside have Zaalbars father continuie as chieftain, and he combine forces with the Republic. Works both ways. And of course Jolee Bindo. I can't see him dead, at least not yet. KOTOR 3 should be all about tieing up the lose ends, so when it ends you won't be asking what happened to this character and that. Another thing I'd like to see, IS the stuff you wear. For example, if I pick up a Sith amulet in the next game, I'd like to see the thing on the PC. Not just imagining it's there like with the many, Shields, gaunlets, visors, and so on.
  5. Not really. KOTOR 3 should be more about the ending of the trilogy, and more about the end of the True Sith. If there's a next game after KOTOR 3, then the rebuilding Jedi idea fits much better.
  6. If you are Revan again, then it would be very good, story wise, to have Kreia return as a force ghost. Therefore Mastar and Apprentice can go at it throughout the game.
  7. Actually I only assume it's a Stealth version, the article doesn't actually say it. So technically it's just a Virago Star viper, which can be seen and quickly destroyed by a Basilisk War Droid.
  8. Agreed. The Jedi are all dead. No masters, no order, and definitly no council. Start thinking of KOTOR 3 in terms of an epic ENDING, not a new beginning. That comes after the epic ending.
  9. As Chris A. explains, Lucasfilm approved it on first pass. The BWD in KOTOR II is official. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Not exactly, LFL also approved the VODL, and that isn't offical. I said it once already that just because they APPROVE it, doesn't make it continuity. The Clone War cartoon for example was approved completely by LFL(not the continuity controlers) even though it conflicted greatly with the novel LOE. As it stands, the novel is still continuity, and the cartoon is only to be a looked at as a adaptation of the novel. So just becuase LFL approves it doesn't make it continuity. No doubt they would approve the Beast if it was passed to them.
  10. Seemed to blow right through ships esaping Ossus, and the blast can pierce capital ship armor. And the Basilisk never hit the Nebulon Ranger, it missed. So we don't know what it would have done if it had.
  11. I don't think Canderous will return as a playable character
  12. The actual Basilisk War Droid would blow that Virago out of the sky with one shot of it's generator rods. Oh and Xizor and the Mandalmotors helped create the Virago TOGETHER, and the Slave 1 isn't made by Mandal Motors.
  13. Thrawn He took a small fleet of Star Destroyers and Dreadnaughts and tore the New Republic apart. Brilliant Commander, who never had the FORCE on his side, just a perfect skill.
  14. True Sith Lord, wearing black as usual, but voiced by one of these three men. Christopher Walken Alen Rickman Bill Nigh
  15. Only with those who have little imagination
  16. Because that's the name of the planet. It was conquer by MANDALORE the first, who named it after himself. Just because Mandalore is the home planet doesn't mean all of them live their. Ordo is the home of his clan.
  17. Planet Mandalore is the dominant home of the Mandalorians, and still is even in the NJO era. Yes Mandalore's can claim worlds as their own, a place to hang their helmet, but MANDALORE is main Mandalorian home planet. A stronghold planet, and a home world are two different things. Dxun was a strong hold world of Mandalore the Ultimate, but Mandalore is the home world. Where the Mandalorians live, women, children, etc. Mandalore the Indomitable hung his helmet at Kuar, his stronghold world, far from the Mandalore sector. A place to conquer, and plan battles from. the Mandalorians aren't going to want to do these things from their HOME world, because of the risk of the Republic or Sith finding out where it IS. So there is definitly such thing as Planet Mandalore, if not then Boba Fett must be ruling some other planet. And it's, Mandalore the Ultimate, not Mandalore the Great.
  18. Well if Coruscant is in the next game, I doubt your going to be doing a lot of walking in terms of getting to this sector and that. There's probably gonna be a lot of flying, because places like the Senate and Jedi temple will have to be flown to, not walked to. They are father away from each other. It's not going to be like Taris, where you can go to the Cantina and then walk down the street to the med lab. Perhaps there will be a Merchant area of Coruscant. Perhaps a long strip like in AOTC with stores, cantinas, or dueling rings, but the big places are another matter.
  19. Well I have noticed that SOME organizations don't even look at story line ideas. That's why I never make story line ideas, but instead make a list of things that I want to see, and stuff that I feel will makes things interesting. I see KOTOR 3 as the conclusion, and therefore I make Ideas that go along with a conclusion. I see important planets like Coruscant being put into the games, and returning characters people love like Jolee return. I see great new roles for Mandalore, thus I believe he's better off now as a non-party member, or how about actually seeing Cassus Fett. I can't just put down planets like, Ilum or Rhen Var, because to me they don't have any kind of importance or enough to do. I mean who doesn't want to see the home of the Mandalorians?
  20. This game has not been marked by the Nuke. It's time it was. Planets: Coruscant: Senate, Jedi Temple Mandalore: Capital city of Keldabe 3 new or new Unknown region planets Alderaan Yavin 4: City of the Jedi, Kun/Sadow temples Cinnagar or Hapes Party Members: Jolee Bindo Bastila Shan T3-M4 HK-47(with remote) Dustile Onasi A Falleen A Bothan Mira Non-Party Members/Returning characters Admiral Carth Onasi Lord Mandalore Cassus Fett Admiral Dodonna Zaalbar and Mission Handmaiden Visas Marr Force Ghost Kreia An appearance from a TOTJ Jedi: Vima Sunrider for example Species Falleen Bothan Caamasi Mandallians Togorians Fieorin Other Notes A flexed out influence system that allows for influence regardless of alignment. Epic conclusion to this STar Wars story, and a great FINISHED ending. A feeling of accomplishment to another era in the Star Wars universe. A respect for continuity. Research closely A black crystaled lightsaber and light whips(personal preference of mine) The where abouts of the MX. A weapon Mandalore the Indomitable looted from Coruscant during the Great Sith War. The weapon was never seen again in the story, but perhaps if your looking for close tie ins to TOTJ this would be one. Perhaps the Mandalorians still have it. Nice tie in to the movies, though nothing over the top Better maps and quest placement More quest
  21. Shhh, other people might find out. But seriously, it's not really a thread asking for planets people want to see, but for planets people MOST want to see.
  22. "bold ****ing statments" Practically anyone who has delt with Supershadow end ups knowing he's a fake. I once believed his bull****, until I started watching his answers to questions closely. Episode 3 spoiler For months and months, Supershadow raved at how Padme would survive Episode 3, because Lucas said so. Later on, Lucas pronounced Padme would die, and he covers it up with a,"It was a last minute descision." Though in news reports later on I found out that Padme was supposed to die the whole time. He spoke of a Jedi Traitor in EPisode 3, and there never was one. He said that the Lucas wouldn't make a 7,8,9 but instead REMAKE the original Trilogy, where the Ewoks were giant ****ing lizards. And I get many reports of him cheating his subcribers out of their money when he had this special "Shadow news section" with cool Episode 3 info. He later ended it. Please don't fall into the crowd with lieing **** heads. Fall into the crowd of the bastard, like me.
  23. Kneel down my friend, and become the Moron of Morons. Supershadow is a FAKE, don't listen to anything he says. He takes his info from other sites. Everytime he's wrong about a spoiler he covers it up. All his info about Episode 3 came from REAL Star Wars boards and news.
  24. Then we need 1 or 2 to be stickied
  25. I'm sure there are plenty of planets that want to be seen, but these the are the ones(plus mine) that I hear people talking about the most. Coruscant: Capital of Republic Mandalore: Home planet of the Mandalorians Alderaan: Old Trilogy, Episode 3 Rhen Var: Place where Ulic Quel Droma is laid to rest Taris: KOTOR Telos: KOTOR 2 Ziost: Sith planet Cinnagar: Famous for it's appearance in the Great Hyperspace War and Sith Wars Yavin 4: ANH Endor: ROTJ
