  5. I've just started chapter 8 and I've not seen anything so far that is bad about AC3 that isn't optional like those blasted feather missions. Fingers crossed it stays that way.
  6. Hulk not nonsensical! Hulk smash box office records!
  7. Well Assassin's Creed 3 Deluxe Edition is now on sale for half of what I paid a week ago. God damn it.
  8. It's not that the sales are worse it's that everyone has snapped up most of the games they're interested in already and have a massive backlog of stuff to play. I've seen plenty of good games and packs on sale that I already own.
  9. The South Park episode was pretty good though.
  10. Thanks everyone. Simulators are one of the few gaming genres that are completely alien to me but they make much more sense now. Sometimes manuals are in the directory folder on your computer rather than on the game's library page.
  11. Out of interest what is it that you guys enjoy about farming simulators? Over the years it seems like simulation games of rather mundane jobs like Farming, Bus/Euro Truck Drtiving ect are becoming increasingly popular and I just don't understand the appeal at all outside of preperation for an actual career doing these things.
  12. There is a way but I'm struggling to remember. I think maybe hold down the mouse wheel button when you're in your inventory and it comes up with a radial menu you can assign things to. Then I think you can use the number keys, the up/down mouse wheel function or the mouse button for the radial menu again. If that is wrong though then keep trying keys and buttons, there definately is a quick select method for mouse and keyboard.

  16. Vegas 2 had a horrible first mission (It's not very long thankfully) but after that it's the same as Vegas 1. I played through it with a friend and we both had a great time for whatever it's worth.
  17. Well Dead Island was very similar to Borderlands but it wasn't quite as good and Borderlands 2 blows it out of the water. You guys might like Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and 2. They're coop shooters and both games have fun campaigns without very much in the way of cutscenes or intrusive dialogue. Teamwork is very much a requirement as well which is a bonus. Splinter Cell Conviction has a pretty fun and unique co-op campaign but it's fairly short. It looks complicated when you watch gameplay vids but it really isn't, they did a fantastic job with the controls. Alien Swarm was really fun, also completely free. It does require Steam though.
  18. Wow, I'd love to join, as a mage, human, male, egocentric, what's meta-game role? If you're taking more names then I'd like to join as a multi-class cleric/mage, elf, male, who is totally not Aerie and acts as general support.
  19. I'd always heard that Neeshka's writer didn't feel a romance was right for her, so I imagine they simply never did one. I remember lines for romances with both Neeska and Quara being dug up and posted on this forum along with Casavir's personal quest and the quest/event where you wade into the whole Sand and Quara and their crazy opposing views on magic issue. There was also something about Bevil joining you for the last dungeon.
  20. Neeshka was going to be a romance option at one point but some of the companion quests and storypaths were cut or reduced in NWN2 for whatever reason (probably deadlines).
  21. Neverwinter was one of the locations described in the 1st edition Forgotten Realms Campaign box set which was published in '87. I don't know when it was first created but I know for a fact that it has been around at least as long as that.
  22. I've been playing Natural Selection 2 the last couple of weeks. They seem to have finally ironed out all the gamestopping bugs thank goodness, now it's a really solid game. At it's best it really feels like a scene out of aliens when the marines are wandering about in the dark trying to fix the power while aliens lurk about in vents, under the floors and on the walls and ceilings. It's very atmospheric.
