Or he catapulted 70,000 lightyears in a matter of seconds and ended up in another galaxy. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> 70,000 lightyears is too short of distance to make it to another galaxy. heck our galaxy is only around 75,000 - 80,000 lightyears from end to end, and the nearest galaxy to us is something like 300,000+ lightyears away from us. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The 70,000 lightyears was reference to Star Trek: Voyager. You really like spoiling all my jokes don't you! <_< <{POST_SNAPBACK}> thats were my answer comes from , I realized that when I read it, I just figured I would add a bit too, sorry I spoiled your fun

Interesting suggestions for SW : KotOR II ...
Stargate: 2000 replied to Ravager's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Nope he is a party member and now no longer looks like a sith. -
As far as I know it hasn't been released as to the exact number of sith lords yet all we do know for sure is that there is going to be atleast three, I think thats why everyone is saying there is going to be three. No it doesn't go agianst everything we know about the sith since TSL takes place a few thousand years before Darth Bane and the rule of two. In this time it wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility for there to be a great many sith lords, working together to get rid of the jedi and the republic.

But back on topic: I think it would be too difficult for them to have revan show up, as it has been said before revan never really had a voice other then to say "yeah" (or somthing like that). The only way I can see then having revan show up and talk would be if when your party splits off from you one of the NPCs meets revan and you take control of revan to answer their questions. You easily can get around the way revan looks by having him/her wear robes and a mask, But what about his/her equipment (colour of light saber, type of mask, type of robe, etc.). Don't get me wrong I would like to see revan and find out his side of the story as to what happenend but I just can't see it happening IMO anyway.

Questions to Dev's - take 3
Stargate: 2000 replied to Hydrogen's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
That might be but the fact still stands that I would like to hear from a dev as to weather or not there will be cheats in the Xbox version of the game. I realize the devs have been busy as of late an haven't posted or replied to anyones questions in quite awhile but at the moment all we can hope for is that the reason why they haven't been answering questions is becuse they are trying to finish the last little bit of the game and will soon return to answer whatever questions they can. -
Did Revan know the new Sith lords?
Stargate: 2000 replied to OrganisedChaos's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
I know this might be blatantly obvious to most people, but I suspect you didn't bother reading the original post. Revan had his memory erased AFTER they captured him. The original post is about whether Revan knew of these 3 Sith Lords BEFORE he was captured, and thus when he still had all his memories. Really now, Hades. I know you like to flame anything that is related to TSL, but atleast try and comprehend the gist of a thread before posting nonsense. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> that would seem to be too much work for him! -
Did Revan know the new Sith lords?
Stargate: 2000 replied to OrganisedChaos's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
If I am not misstaken they were not his apprentices YET!, they had to kill Revan in order to show that one among then was worthy to become his apprentice. Malak figured that only the most worthy would survive but also knowing that none of them could stand up to Revan but rather just slow him down and alow malak to gather his strength for the upcoming battle rather like when malak sent the SF robot after you just after you slaughtered the three dark jedi. -
One can only hope. Although if the next time we see the development team in a picture and all are sporting a few extra pounds, we might as well expect delays. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> well if that is the case then I think we should all chip in a buy them a trip to weight watchers

I agree with your logic to a certain extent. If there is a feature that makes certain people happy, and it's optional, then great. But who needs a fake level up cheat when a level 2 PC can take on a Rancor? People who use the FLU in KOTOR are sad, sad folks. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I still don't see why it make a difference if people use the FLU while playing through the game. I mean I have beaten the game some 50 or 60 times now and I am just starting to use the FLU on my most recent play through. I think there maybe should have been some normal cheat codes for the Xbox version, like there was for the PC version, but if all you have for cheats in the game is the FLU (not including the glitch called galaxy droid) then of course people are going to use it. I hope that Obsidian will be kind enough to put in real cheat codes in TSL. I know alot of people though the KOTOR was way to easy and that there is no need for cheat codes but for some people its the only way that they will replay the game is if they can use codes to do things they normally couldn't do or get early in the game [i.e. in Quake 2 (old school game I know) you could get codes to give you all the weapons from the start or infinite lives etc. It was just plain fun to get every type of weapon right from the get go and watch your enimies blow up or run while on fire or whatever happened when hit with certain weapons].

Questions to Dev's - take 3
Stargate: 2000 replied to Hydrogen's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
will there be cheats for TSL on the Xbox? Will FLU still be in or is it gone? If any cheats what kind will there be? -
Some 1 has to educate the newbs on that board. They know nothing and i felt sorry for them. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> you should have just told them to come here to find out. anyways back on topic About that game being 99% done I would say its a possibility since the devs haven't been around much and I, myself would like to think thats because they have been busy finishing the game rather that king sizing their meals and doing coffee runs.

Should Obsidian have stuck with original cast
Stargate: 2000 replied to Drag0ntamer's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
what about Telos? that was only two weeks ago... infact there should be a release soon......... hopefully. -
I'm not sure how much i trust this source. One of the characters it names is called Elvis Kenobi!?!?!? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I knew elvis wasn't dead... he just went to a galaxy far far away!
-
If you have the XBox version of the game go to http://superjedi.cjb.net/ to learn how to do the FLU cheat! it will also explain a few other ways to cheat.

If your going for all ten your a little short and yes question 3 has been answered. The answer was yes, i believe. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> ok thanks I couldn't find out where it was answered so I figured I would ask it. I wasn't going for all ten intentionaly (sp?). I had posted these questions in the Q 2 the devs thread but they got burried under a decussion and probably never even got looked at so I figured it was worth a shot here. Hey Tyrell thanks for letting us know about this.

1) Will we be able to upgrade the Ebon Hawk? (i.e. upgrade weapons, sheilds, etc.) 2) Will there be some lightside offensive powers this time around? 3) Will non-party NPCs react differently to you when your DS than LS? (I think this has been answered though I forget the answer that was given). 3b) will non-party NPCs react differently to you depending on the way your dressed (i.e. if your in your underwear will they refuse to talk to you or if your in DS rodes will they run with fear)? 4) Saying there is LS/ DS artifacts in the game will they be able to be upgraded? 5) will there be another way of getting around on a planet other than running? 6) How many different type of robes will there be? 7) any Idea what the system spec will be yet for KOTOR II? Will there be some speacial crystals be available at the time the game is released or will they have to be downloaded after like KOTOR?

Stargate: 2000 replied to Stargate: 2000's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
saying that MSG doesn't have horns, I think it would be interesting if he could be an iradorian (the blood thirsty guy who lead the selkath kids to the sith base on mannan). Hey what about a shape shifter, who better to be an assassin (saying MSG is in fact and assassin) then a shape shifter. It could also explain why he wears the mask. I wonder if there has ever been a hutt that was powerful in the force? -
great job!!! keep up the good work! I really enjoyed the way you had the PC meditate to find the calm but instead had flashes of his battle with Sion. There is one question I have though (I might have missed but I figure its worth asking) is the vision suppost to be of the future or of the past (i.e. before him and Vandar got to corresant [sp?])? As before I look forward to reading more of the story, and agian great job here.
