It's all about interactive fiction for me, RPGs just tend to be the best example of this. It used to be adventure games.

The Larry games are another collection there for a fiver, I wish they'd release a GK one as well but I doubt it'll happen since there'd be so many compatability issues and they seem to insist on releasing everything on CD which would mean 10 of them. What I'd REALLY like is for ScummVM to start supporting the VGA Sierra games, the devs are very cagey about even talking about these games but we all know it's gonna happen, do you hear me ScummVM devs? There hasn't exactly been much action in the Steam group of late has there? I've hardly been playing at all despite my intentions to get good at TF2...still hoping for some Obs-athons though. I'm enjoying NWN2 a lot, and the writing is very, very good in places, but the NWN2 engine is not particularly good when you compare it to just about any other current engine. I can only run this game the way it was meant to be played (*pukes*) a year after release with a brand new PC, it's more demanding than Crysis ffs.

The Bloodlines music is cool but they completely ripped off Massive Attack with the title theme.

Well, I've just made a monk out of Khelgar for the very first time...enjoying my first playthrough of NWN2 and looking forward to MotB.

I've had it since launch day but I'm playing through the OC first.

I thought Div Div was fun, aside from having the worst name in video game history.

There's a post release interview for MotB up at GameBanshee. Kevin Saunders seems to be giving himself a hard time about the review scores being worse than NWN2s...I wouldn't worry too much Kevin, expansion packs have to be completely mind blowingly amazingly awesome to get a score above 90.
