Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion: The Shivering Isles review
Which mods do you use, Mesh, and do you know if they will continue to work with the expansion?

I rather not depend on mods to make a game palatable.

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion: The Shivering Isles review
They needed to severely rework the leveling system in that game. I probably won't be getting the expansion. Overall, Oblivion was just to consolized for my tastes.

No, no they are not. Fanaticism and extremism is never good, may it be with computer games, religion, political parties, console games, CCGs, movies, books, or whatever.

I can go on and on about my personal experiences with the RPG Codex and my thoughts about their "journalistic integrity," but I won't.

Battle Royale
That is just the timer for the collars, and the bad guys don't really want you to have any meaningful time with the others. They want you all to kill each other. Going on the expanded points of once the collars are off, a possible story point, the characters can go after the main bad guys themselves which will be much longer.

Battle Royale
Make the game calculate time in real time, and have the contest run 24 hours. There must be 1 survivor at the 24 hour mark or all those who are still alive gets their head blown off. However, there might be a way to get rid of the collar, with the techies, then even going after the ones who stage this. There may be 100 contestants, but don't forget the wild animals and possibly genetic experiments running lose, and the main bad guys themselves.

Battle Royale
Hmmm... Yes, but I think it would probably be better built and more widely accepted as an Action CRPG in control style, but more traditional elements in character interaction and story development. Basic rundown: Jade Empire style combat controls... NWN2/PST character development and story progression... Oblivion/Stalker exploration... First Person/Third Person view toggle...

Battle Royale
*Sand pounces on Volourn and screams "THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE!" then walks away* It could be a mixture of LOST and the Weakest Link... with weapons. Losts of weapons. Definitely an Action CRPG material.

The shape of things to come
What I am saying that the US government primary responsibility is to its own people, the people who it governs, the people who pay the taxes to keep it running. The needs of the US people need to come first. The Bush Administration is a failure in that regard. We need to be as self sufficient as possible and make sure the needs of our own citizenry are fulfilled. You just do not get that, do you. What other nations do and don't do within their borders is not our problem. If they want to make it our problem and attack the US then we should respond with 10 times the force, then leave. It is obviously that you are just too thick to understand why a government should give priority to its own citizens, and you are in very good and large company. That is probably why the world is so ****ed up today.

So, is anyone going to get C&C3
Its EA. I won't buy EA games.

The shape of things to come
Why give a damn about South Carolina or Hawaii? That should be simple enough for you to understand. They are Americans. The US government needs to stop putting other countries first and turn its responsibility here at home. Here we are using billions and billions and billions of our tax money for the benefit of another nation half across the world yet at the same time we have millions of children without adequate healthcare here at home. Who should be more important to the US government? Some non-citizen half across the world in a nation in the grips of civil war or an American child. A child died because his mother could not afford to take him to the dentist and couldn't get aid she needed at the same time we can build hospitals ansd schools in another nation. If you seriously cannot see what is wrong with that then there is no point in discussing this issue with you any longer.

S.t.a.l.k.e.r.: Shadow of Chernobyl (impressions video inside)
FPS meets RPG a bizzare hybrid of a game really. It's pretty much a total system hog on a high end PC, mid range well... It'll be a system hog I read the description of the game. It has no RPG elements.

At the time it was to be ported it wasn't a PC classic yet. The way I see it if a game can be ported to many platforms without being dumbed down I say port away!

Well, be careful. i don't know if you are in the US but here in the states there have been reports of there being rat poison in pet foods and so far there have been 16 reported deaths. Man, I hope that was an accident otherwise there is some sick **** out there that needs a severe beating. Nice dog, though, but I am more of a cat person.
