  1. Open RegEdit and look for the registry codes. They are often under the name of the publisher. Go into Edit and the drop down menu you should see "Find" then type in the name. You should find the registry. After find it, delete it. Just keep in mind that I am not the most technical minded person and I am referencing how ME and Vista is does it and not XP, though there might be no differences.
  2. That would be wierd. Possibly fun... But wierd.
  3. Why does that remind me of that one scene with Data and Guinen in that Star Trek movie?
  4. What we need is a balance of capitalism and socialism. Taken to the extremes of both can lead to turmoil and unrest.
  5. What you need to do is edit the registry yourself. Tricky business if you don't know what you are doing but it is a quick operation if you do. You need to go to the Run menu and type regedit. Windows will find the program and start it up. You just need to do a search and manually delete the registries. I had that problem with Windows ME. Yeah, I know. What OS are you using, Rosbjie?
  6. Don't crash into the pedestrians and street signs. Run the other cars off the road. Drive Offensively. The life you save may be your own. Since I foobared NWN2 with the beta patch and all those mods I am going to uninstall and reinstall the game and start over from scratch. Man, that first initial patch instal is around a 120 megs! Wow...
  7. Someone who reads and disagrees, of course.
  8. What do you expect from a Green Dragon. They are evil, you know. :D
  9. I have no problems with Fallout going console just as long the PC side of things don't suffer for it.
  10. Yay for corporate interests. I just like to know how some of these corporate arseholes can actually live with themselves with the misery they are so eager to perpetuate. Democracy is good, but capitalism is not.
  11. Exactly, Cant! Someone is getting it!
  12. Man, some of you are just not paying attention. That is exactly what I have been saying! Sheesh. The critter is still killable, within the rules of the game, and if you have the strategy and good enough weapons then you should be able to win in a straigh on fight, but it will be difficult as hell to do so.
  13. Cool.
  14. Agreed, tale. If you are going to make rules for a CRPG make sure the rules apply to everyone. PCs and NPCs.
  15. Maybe, just maybe, the player wants to make a RP choice and go on a killing spree. GEE, WHO WOULD HAVE THUNK IT! Now, is that good role playing? Probably not, but nonetheless it should be an option for the player character to try.
  16. Not at all. You want Fallout, but that game has already been released. Yes, you are. I want Fallout 3 to be recognizably Fallout beyond just the title. That should be obvious even to one such as you.
  17. Anything that can die should be killable. Now I am not saying that it should be easy to kill a foe. In fact it could very be near impossible to kill a foe, but if you have enough fire power to do so, or use some brilliant strategy, then the foe should be killable. I mean, take CoC for your example. How many high powered critters in that game can stand a full nuclear assault? Not many I believe. Of course, not many PCs would have nuclear weapons, but it does not change the fact that the critter needing such a weapon to kill it isn't killable.
  18. Anal much, Maria?
  19. I like to stick to role playing in my role playing games.

    An Act of War?

Ow. That hurts. Really. Your cutting words have me in tears. Really. Your cunning intellect astounds me. Really. Oh. The humanity. Oh.
  21. I think every battle should be winnable. SOme battles should be very very very very very tough and you will need an extraordinary luck to win, but still winnable.
  22. And it still wouldn't be Fallout even if they did.

    An Act of War?

Certainly an individual an stop being violent. A mob on the other hand... It all boils down that we just cannot leave each other alone and interfere, sticking our nose where it does not belong. If we learn to stop doing that then the violence will probably follow.
  24. I just think that Bethesda is incapable of making a good Fallout game. None of the games they have made in house comes anywhere near the style and presentation of Fallout 1 and 2. Each developing house has their strengths and weaknesses, and they should improve on their strengths and limit their weaknesses with each successive game. Bethesda, going by the titles that they develop in house, lack the ability to make Fallout.
