  1. I saw someone else had posted a bug where the hair disappeared, it was in a wild orlan though and during character creation. It happens with all races when using that hide headgear button. Good chance it's the same bug.
  2. I saw someone else had posted a bug where the hair disappeared, it was in a wild orlan though and during character creation. Edit: This thread https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/94339-typo-and-minor-ui-issues-in-character-creationlevel-up/ No indication that they're related, from the posts, but similar bug at least.
  3. Was the ability still active for sure? Like if the icon shows up next to the party icon.
  4. I don't think they own any land on the border, so, those lawyers are going to have to advocate for someone who does. There are already a lot of people who own land on the border (ranchers mostly) and the fence would have to go through a reservation which straddles the border. So, there are plenty of people that they'd have to go to court with in order to get through some areas.
  5. Aartz already mentioned that they're looking into it. Edit: I see him in this thread now, heh
  6. Several other people have mentioned it on this forum thread https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/94238-beta-announcement/page-5?do=findComment&comment=1950433 Seems to be a widespread problem. Edit: Ninja'd, gotta love it when devs respond fast

  8. Probably should mention the problems in the beta testing section as the Dems might not have looked in this thread. Gonna plug the link of the thread over there anyway.
  9. Is it too late to join into the beta? Lol. Unfortunately, my computer is out of commission until the 22nd at least.
  10. In other words, at least 51 minutes from now
  11. Maybe an idea would be to decide using dice rolls? Could get some crazy combinations that way.
  12. Yeah, though it's kind of a pseudo coup, closer to a power struggle. https://www.vox.com/world/2017/11/15/16654740/zimbabwe-coup-situation-robert-mugabe-house-arrest Mugabe is under house arrest but he is still president and hasn't been replaced.
  13. I know, and even Rand Paul would have more discipline than Trump, but my point is that the realities of global geopolitics will try their best to derail whatever a politicians original plans were. Being all isolationist and noninterventionist was a whole lot easier before WWII, now it's much harder due to the nature of globalism.
  14. So libertarians are all about interventionism and state interference. Gotcha. Couldn't say. None of us ever get elected. I'd love to find out though. The realities of global geopolitics derailed (partially, for now) Trumps America First doctrine, I'd expect a libertarian to have their ideology derailed just as much. And I don't know if he's 'downsizing' government like a libertarian would.
  15. *points out minor typo in post spelling dwarf as dawrf* I've seen that "NPC activates ability on transition" on occasion in PoE1, a few instances were in the Twin Elms area and Galawains temple (that's where I noticed it the most anyway) where the combat log would show something (doesn't usually say what does) activating for the briefest of instances, sometimes causing a little bit of damage. The Ghost Heart summons occasionally becoming camouflaged with the background sounds like it would make a pretty awesome stealth ability. I've done beta testing before, so, I'm just helping out a little.
  16. Testing 123, looks like it's public for all, heh. Good luck with it guys.
  17. What would be Apple? You seem to have inserted a random contextless sentence fragment into the post.
  18. More that historically, poor people generally get shafted when it comes to the military stuff. @Guard Dog: Such is the life of forum threads, sudden derails and topic changes happen.
  19. You know, shouldnt the rich people partying be switched with the soldiers? Because it's usually the poor people that "we shoot at" rather than both the rich and poor.
  20. Look at the caption next to the clergy. I saw that, just thought corporations would be more fitting. Though these days, televangelists would fit right in there.
  21. Interesting that they have the clergy (looks like Roman Catholic) in there since you don't usually think of the clergy as being part of the capitalist system. This is long before the rise of televangelism though. Edit: Not getting what you're face palming at with the polar bear facepalm pic Guard Dog.
  22. Even small town governments can be jerkwads when it comes to regulations.
  23. I don't think this one got mentioned, though DexGames noticed. Last night, Josh Sawyer posted a retweet of Adam showing the lead programmers whiteboard. https://mobile.twitter.com/adam_brennecke/status/930312452117377024 It's primarily mundane unexciting stuff and I guess shows what beta testers will be encountering soon.s
  24. That's actually at 7 PM EST, it starts at 4 PM PST.
  25. I suspect that fulfilling basic functions and allowing things to work requires a lot more people than you think. I wonder when someone will attempt that kind of downsizing on the Federal and State level. Possibly down to county and big city level too. As for the HOA thing, I don't have any personal experience with those.
