Nah. She would just give them the account number for Clinton foundation and sell the whole country. Or maybe she'd sell Poland to Russia? eheheh *runs*

Since it involves a pretty big comic image, I'll just post a link: https://satwcomic.com/return-of-the-lovable-dork

*Missing String xxx* Mega Thread
smjjames replied to Aarik D's question in Backer Beta Bugs and Support
I don't know if this counts and it's not actually my screenshot. In another thread, dunehunter posted a screenshot with a combat log of firebug hitting *missing string 97*. https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/95293-casters-are-still-slow/?p=1968443 I highly suspect that those rotghasts (which featured often in Josh Sawyers videos of the testing sandbox) are summoned via console, which is why I'm not sure if this counts. -
Druid does get Projection spells, you forget Fire Bug but it comes super late compare to wizard. DoT, projection, jump spell get more benefits from Empower as Empower not only boost accuracy, pen and basic damage, but also boost duration, project and jump number. So these spells are boosted twice by Empower right now than plain blast... Specially Ray like spell get a lot from Empower, since they usually tick very fast and have a short duration. Empower have a flat bonus to duration really make these spells overpowered. You can try Ninagauth's Bitter Mooring with/without Empower and the difference is huge. (even Ninagauth's Bitter Mooring is already super powerful without Empower.) Fire Bug's description doesn't mention projectiles or number of projectiles at all... only jump. It would be good if it had multiple projectiles.... Jump spells would be better if they could "jump" back to a target they've hit before. Btw Ninagauth's Shadowflame is pretty good for a pre-cast spell---9 second cast time but only one second recovery. (Stronger fireball that does cold damage and paralyzes for base 6 seconds.) Why would you think Jump spell doesn't jump back to original target? They do jump back. But the bouncing mechanism is not welcoming for additional jumps, the more it bounces the less the damage is. Except Bounding Missile, which I think is not intended. Where did you get those rotghasts? Summoned via console? Gonna go post that up in the missing string compilation thread.

Talking about Trump is more likely to run into issues than anything else. Although from stuff I've read, you'll probably just get asked 'what the heck is going on with Trump' or asked for explaination from confused people. It's less that other countries are angry* at Trump and more that they're baffled. *There are definetly things that other countries would be upset about as far as Trump goes.

[BUG] Loading a savegame opens character editor
smjjames replied to Boeroer's question in Backer Beta Bugs and Support
Can you run it with the .exe outside of steam? JFutral found that he could run it outside of steam and that it was the steam client having a problem. Also, did you have a recent update to anything the day before (besides PoE1) or the day that you ran into the bug? -
That's the satire/joke section of that paper. Can you imagine Hillary? Har bleeping har At least she wouldn't go on twitter rants or **** joust (HA!) with Kim Jong Un.

the thing is, most foreigners find Americans to be friendly and welcoming... if stoopid, lazy, bigoted, etc. so regardless o' the preconceptions Americans got o' others, even the folks who appear to hate us thinks we are cheerful if dimwitted lot. HA! Good Fun! And Trump definetly doesn't help in that regard. We're the world hegenemon, so, it's only natural that we'd end up a target like that.

The Weird, Random and Interesting Things That Fit Nowhere Else Thread

Not the first time that animals have been shown to use stuff to get high or something, catnip for example. -
You could say that of foriegners visiting the US as they're bringing their own perceptions and we have our own views and stereotypes of people from other countries.

Sexual harassment is not cool. It's pretty obvious what they were doing.

Either a bug or an undocumented change then.

I think I've read in a Q&A transcript or something months ago that they don't fire at the same time. Would definetly be good to get this confirmed.

Can I convince Thaos not to fight?
smjjames replied to PredatorX's topic in Pillars of Eternity: Stories (Spoiler Warning!)
One trick I've used is to retreat back so that the two statues try to go through the gap but only one can get through. That way you're near guaranteed to only fight one at a time. That might help you. And no, you can't talk your way out of this fight. -
I'm sure the wine country area would appreciate any tourism after getting hit by fire over the summer. California definetly has loads of nice beaches if you just want to walk down the beach or something, geology everywhere too.
-
lol dude. XD
-
If you DO come to California, summer is great, but as tourists, you'd probably want to avoid the hotter parts of summer, particularily August. Then again, you've been to Arizona and New Mexico, so, perhaps the heat won't bother you, heh.

I was going to shamelessly plug my hometown of San Diego if maybe they didn't want to spend a huge lot of money, and yes San Diego is a good destination.
-
I was thinking spicy food rather than dysentry, but yeah, I wasn't being totally serious with that one. Shady won't be dirt poor there though. How about Iceland ? Iceland isn't really known for it's beaches....
-
Lol. Maybe India? heh.
-
@shadysands: What would you like to do though? Visit museums? Knowing what you'd like to do is important because vacationing to visit museums and stuff is different from vacationing to relax on the beach. Not hugely different, but still.
-
yeah, the degree of niceness of the French can... vary. But it is Europe’s most beautiful city I'd put a few above it. Prague, Vienna and Rome, for example. It's the only one with the reputation and lore that it has. Maybe other places in the Carribean? Puerto Rico? It'd certainly help with them recover from the hurricane. And no, I'm not trying to guilt trip you into going.

California is an easy target for this type of action though. It's basically held up as representative of all things liberal, so where typically conservatives would be uncomfortable with federal powers running roughshod over state rights, it is ok if it is happening to the villainous California. True, California is an easy target, just as much as Texas is sometimes in the same role for liberals. And the two states do have a bit of a rivalry going I believe. I just thought he'd get started on it right away as opposed to doing it after California made their move. Still, even though conservatives would be happy with it hitting the blue states, they'd still be uncomfortable with it. Although, technically he's not actually doing anything new I don't think, just going back to pre-Obama rules.

The fact that Sessions took almost a year to do action on marjuana seems surprising. Seems like something he'd get started ASAP, not right after California made it legal.
