  1. The wiki is wrong, official interviews/info dumps on various sites state she is an eothas worshiper. As I recall Gaun is just an aspect of Eothas, like the Pallid Knight is just an aspect of Berath. Also pretty sure she is savannah folk, not meadow. Look at the skin tone/hair color, not to mention the name, also didn't they flat state that when she was announced? Either way I find the funniest part is that Eder and Xoti apparently don't get along. Makes me think she will probably be a little on the zealot side of things. The 2nd fig update specifically says she's meadow folk/savannah folk. So.... Savannah... XD
  2. Wow... Thats a lotta letters. Will read later... But at forst glance.. Human subraces will never get different RACIAL traits bz this game is coming from America and PC is a big thing there. Also .. RACE is a big thing there. So thats a toofer. Its the kind of thing thats hard to do without stepping on toes... attached to loud mouths in media who are jusr WAITING for such a thing. The rest ill read tonight
  3. Why no brig? I figured they'd use that a la PoE 1's dungeon - take prisoners. A Brig is a kind of ship. It's a variation of the Brigantine. And the PC in Assassin's Creed IV already got a Brig, so it'd be nice to have a different kind of ship. You learn something every day.I was thinking of "throw him in the brig" - didn't know it was a kind of ship - cheers Same origin. Originally they threw mutineers in "the brig"
  4. Durance the White haha Eothas Titan face off... "YOU SHALL NOT PASS!" BOOOOMMMM... second godhammer. Godhammer 2: Blow Harder. Fooled you once. Shame on me. Fooled you twice... Shame on you Eothas! The End. Epilogue: Here are some postcards of Durance on his Deadfire Holiday.
  5. So you asked all this "majority" of players that yourself? Or where you get the info from... Bz my back up npcs were geared up as ff and leveled bz of the ALREADY IN PLACE off screen quest system. And since this a story driven rpg and companions have story AND QUESTS i find it hard to believe. Please dont pawn your personal stuff off onto others To paraphrase Aloth XD
  6. How about a stretch goal for the missing godlike subraces? From a shrewd marketing standpoint: Do only 1 or 1 by one. Make a Wael a Skaen or a Rymrgand stretch goal. I think people would pay a lot even for 1 by one. Heck we dont need everything at once in 1 game... But 1 extra would be nice. Come on... lift that curtain a bit obsidian! We wanna look behind.
  7. A fight where you can use all companions. An epic one in the last chapter. Or like another thread says... split up party. But full party. Not just adventuring party. Like end of NwN2. Or Dragon Age1 Siege of Denerim. Grand in scale. Already a good job with the army battle in poe1. All special "recruits" on your ship could be npc non controllable back up. All for one
  8. Like a reserve LotR. Instead you get an item from the volcano. Could be a collecr and forge quest
  9. Obama is a human politician Kim Jong Un is a human poltician Omg... we ARE all the same XD tbf Shes Gaun aspect follower. Shes savannah folk. Is she a farmer? Bz Gaun is the harvest god .. hence the sickle
  10. Eder was a fighter but a farmer... So dont go whopping chanter into artisan yet On godlike appearance... Theyre getting an overhaul. Simple as that. Look at the fire godlike and death godlike we both saw. Way more nuanced. Dragon age 2 made qunari their own too. They just refining and turning up the amp Its in the wiki since poe1 that moon godlike feel fet and or have scales. Not just good expressed in the art. And he looks very aumauan like palegina looks calbandaran. They can pronounce heritage in npcs easier.
  11. Well men are disposable, women... not so much.I dont know how you do it. But you need 2 stones to make a spark. Just look at war and history, men are always more disposed of :D because there will always be men to make more men. As i said. I dont know how you do it... but you need 2 stones to make a spark. A boy spark or a girl spark. 2 stones. Ps Stones are people
  12. Only 1 guy for a dwarf in the obsidian high council. Pale elf it is. Fits the place though. I hope a cast out. A rugged. Maybe "evil"
  13. Well men are disposable, women... not so much. I dont know how you do it. But you need 2 stones to make a spark.
  14. It didnt bother me at all that. Npcs are just npcs. They did the job. Enough. I never used consumables even. Didnt need.
  15. Yeah, if anything, it should be tied to skills and equipment, given its dependence on machines. In any case, its practitioners have already been shown to vary outside of rigid class lines. We've had Cipher animancers (Galvino), Priest animancers (Wymund), and Wizard animancers (Osrya) so far that I can think of, and I could be missing a few other types for all I know. As for an additional companion, I'll cast my vote for a wicht again. Failing either of those, how about a vertically-challenged meadow folk rogue that everyone assumes is a dwarf before being harshly disabused of the notion in-game. Machines, actually. What you've described is just how wizardry works in the game already. Dont you got magical gloves called Animancers Gloves with spellbind on them? But yeah i never play wizard... so either way... I always start out to roleplay a cerebral stoic shrewd non physical character... ... and end up playing a big guy that can give hits and take them but can never seem to comprimise good or keep his mouth shut even for the greater picture. Why do i play roleplaying games to play myself? Haha. For 20 years like this! Lol.
