  1. She wasn't classic but I voted for her. The new ones, Mira and Sith Lady - I thinks it's too early to form a view on them.
  2. I think this isn't a conceptual problem, because the "Jedi Master" class leads to improved LS abilities. And when you might decide to behave evil, then your LS abilities will cost more force points. Going this destructive way you don't automatically become a "Sith Lord" (in terms of class), but merely fool yourself and others. At this point even your last loyal party members (and possibly other Jedi allies respectively) will rebel against you, and in the end you won't have any advantages.
  3. Only when done badly. Where I come from they do it with high expenditure.
  4. At least they will think they have...
  5. Yes, I think he's been too naked at his top, for my taste...
  6. I voted for Yuthura. But the more I think about it, I havn't a favourite Sith at all. The Sith should leave the galaxy in peace...
  7. Can you really enjoy a film reading all the shortened dialogue on the bottom? Subs are impertinences! I have to express my condolences for people from the Netherlands who constantly have to read subtitles... Also movies are very bad examples because for the dubbing they try to choose the best sounding voice for each character. The original actors often have awful voices, speak a bad slang or even mumble. But, of course, I don't know whether a movie sounds better after translating it to French...
  8. But what if she's both extremes in one person...?
  9. I think it is a matter of market size whether there will be a translated local version of KotOR. But unfortunately I don't know the current economic situation in Russia. Russia has a lot of citizens but what is with smaller countries, like Netherlands i.e.? I wonder which different dubbed versions of KotOR exist.
  10. I guess somewhere behind this gate: Unknown planet? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I wonder if these are just the same models or if they're suppose to be some sort of sith twins? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No, they are triplets! They haven't been monovular siblings. You overlooked the green brother in the background.
  11. The McGuffin thing is a very nasty vision... I hope that in TSL's storyline neither "McGuffin" nor the "One Ring" are the item of desire.
  12. I would be least surprised by an outbreak of the Sith Wars at Obsidian's forums as well. The bored kids at Lucasarts' forums (I've been there, accidentally) are already battling hard...
  13. I guess somewhere behind this gate: Unknown planet?
  14. "too", "also", "likewise"
  15. Yoda and Dooku tried it without weapons. In Ep6 the Emperor prefered that unarmed way too. But I think the close combat of Obi-Wan and Fett is more what you have in mind. Yes, why eating with your hands, if you have forks and knifes?
  16. Yes, I know it has been confirmed somewhere, that the MSG is male. But I can't help it, it seems to me that he is very feminine. Just as if there is an extensive perm under his hood and he wears a pair of tights... I'm sorry to say that I'm not really a fan of his appearance, no difference whether he's Master Vrook or George Lucas.
  17. I don't exactly know what part Darth Sion/Nihilis play, but I could imagine that you learn Force Crush from one of the Sith Lords. Then this Force power would require an affiliation to the Sith, of course. I was especially thinking of what use the sprecial prestige classes (i.e. "Sith Lord") would be.
  18. No, I just meant that it is a serious topic with a right to be discussed... (ad nauseam)
  19. This is my point exactly. The casual fan is NOT going to care, Nuke. And besides, Obsidian is only following up on the continuity from Knights of the Old Republic I, so within that context, the Valley is perfectly fine. How the Valley doesn't match up with the rest of the EU is a topic for the Bio boards because they were the creators of the KOTOR Valley. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> *Agrees* To change the valley, it's obviously too late.
  20. You're completely right! Let's rather talk about saber colors/hilts.
  21. And there isn't a sarcophagus in the Korriban tomb because of that. More like a memorial. Probably by Sith rebels that defy Ludo Kressh's rewritting of history after his death. If you check Bioware's forums, that particular point has really been discussed a lot. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> But as you see, Bioware did care a lot about continuity with the existing EU. I think the comics have even been their inspiration. Never been on Bioware's forums.
  22. It is even worse. Naga Sadow never ever had a tomb on Korriban...
  23. What happened in KotOR1 isn't really crucial, because in TSL Korriban is deserted anyway.
  24. Is continuity really less important than i.e. saber colors/hilts, font colors or Sith Lord names and the other stuff excitedly discussed here...????
