  1. Go for it, open them up! Some people got extra when we added tracking to the server.
  2. Please let us know what game purchases you might be missing at support@obsidian.net. Include your PlayFab ID again. We are happy to reinstate lost purchases and things go a lot quicker if you include a receipt. Just by looking at when your account's start date is I am going to guess that you might have gotten a new device and GPG gave you a new unique ID# (even if you are using the same account name)... Which in turn makes Playfab think you are a new account and previous purchases go poof.
  3. So are we. We are evaluating what we can do and when but the first things we will be doing is getting some old legacy issues fixed and working on the PC release.
  4. We have a person on the team who consistently rolls junk. We use his name to describe particularly crappy rolls when needed most but "Apping it"? Ouch, sir! It is random though, pinky-promise.

These alts are also not balanced to be equal to the original characters and are slightly better performance-wise. -F

  9. Aarik is out today, so I will do an official blog when we are all back next week. However, I will do an abridged version for now. Quest Mode - We were trying to develop this mode at the same time as our decks. We couldn't keep up (imagine the space of time between decks 3 and 4). We will be coming back to it after Deck 6 and PC but it might be having some changes. I will detail that in the blog. Thessalonian Sins (5.4) - We haven't fixed it yet. We are almost certain it is because of the Pride location and closing it with a cornered boss. There is something screwy going on with the Must Move and forced Recharge. I blame Ordikon. Missing Roles - We have this fixed and it will be in the next release. I will detail this a bit more in the blog. Deck 6 - It is going well, it will be out before... I shouldn't put a date on this. I always get in trouble. To heck with it, before Christmas. I am not going to say how much before but you guys might be seeing a pattern of us not releasing right before a holiday or (because we hate working weekends) on a Friday. 1.1.4, 1.1.4.1, 1.1.4.2 lerned us up gud. Banana Bundle - We'll do something. Prior to 1.1.4 I honestly had a picture of Deck 4 (with a banana) and a hidden message in the screenshot with a release date. Heard about the Sombra backlash and Mikey thought better of it. And Now... Multiplayer - We are going to remove that button until we have something besides "Coming Soon". Much like Quest Mode we don't have the bandwidth to do new content and another mode at the same time and keep a decent schedule. So we are focusing on Deck 6 first (which actually IS coming soon).
  10. At best, next week for a patch. That particular Thessalonian bug is actually a beast to fix. I have been asked by team members on when we are going to do a banana card. I would like to think of it as an Item that would be used for evasion but after dealing with Ordikon issues, I would like it to one-shot him (and only him) instead.
  11. I will probably do a quick blog post tomorrow or maybe just a post to the forums to go over a few things... Like the status of Quest Mode, Thessalonian Sins bug (narrowing it down to Pride Location-Forced Move-Recharge-a-card-breakgame), fixing missing Roles, Deck 6, and most importantly, the Banana "Bundle". I've been wanting to do it for a while but Mikey keeps talking me out of it. -F
  12. We believe we may have a Sins fix in the near future. I would like to say it will be out before Deck 6 (yes, we are still working on content), but we sort of want to not break the rest of the game... The tutorial was something we could do quickly while still working on that issue. It isn't a real reboot of the tutorial, which is still incoming, but it helps the new players stick around instead of dumping us for Fruit Ninja.

  15. We are adding a news queue to the game so you don't have to actually come to the forums to know when something new has been added. Content won't be transferred... You have it all sitting right there in your PlayFab ID. We are going to use something like Facebook to be able to use the PFID# on another device (or platform in the case of PC) and all your stuff will be there waiting for you. The Facebook login is purely optional.

  17. I have this problem and starting tonight when I change the dice and press back the app crashes to the desktop, iPad. Oh snap. Looking into it now.
  18. FYI, If the option to sell the dice in the store were to be implemented (it probably will) we would still keep them in the treasure chests as a randomly dropped boon.
  19. Well, we can't have that. Given this response (and assuming a lack of sarcasm) and that the patch preview has been posted for 1.1.4.3, I guess it'll come out this week some time. Hopefully, 'cos I sure am getting frustrated. No sarcasm intended. We are testing 5 now. We got a little pushed back by those nasty progression blocking bugs and the patches. I never promised bananas. Although we might have to put something into the game banana-related to keep your frustration levels down. I did have another "hint" picture (with a banana, of course) that I wanted to release prior to Deck 4. It had some hints in it that would have told you the exact dates and had some hidden codes in it, but alas, it was shot down. I was probably being too clever for my own good. It could have been Pathfinder: Sombra Edition
  20. We basically need a 3rd party like Facebook that doesn't use a unique ID like GameCenter and Google Play to link the accounts. By default Android and iOS don't play nice with each other. There is quite a few people out there, myself included, that don't want to use Facebook at all. However, if I wanted to play multiplatform I could make a dummy FB account and cover it that way otherwise I wouldn't use the feature. Single platform, no Facebook, no problem. Multiplatform, no Facebook, no multiplatform.
  21. If anything is greyed out it is unavailable. We had an issue with PlayFab earlier today where it briefly knocked some of our items from being available in the store. We reenabled them but this sounds like you might need to restart the app... Of course, you might have gotten into some edge case area where you saw it, it parked itself as visible in the store, then it went unavailable during that time. We'll look into it though, thanks for bringing it up.
  22. We are actually working on that right now. As an option we are going to be allowing people to use their Game Center/Google Play Games account through FaceBook and assign their PFID#. Then they can use another platform (eventually this will include PC) and log in through FaceBook, getting that same PFID#, and continue playing their game. That process is purely optional and will be in the Settings menu. So if you don't have or want to use the FaceBook account integration you don't have to. I can't say when exactly it will be released because I will be lambasted both internally and by the forums if I miss the date but it is being tested now and it will be available "Soon"TM.
