  1. That link that I posted recently was a guy that went to some show that had the game listing. He took questions from the TWCenter forums, and asked them there. He commented that a demo was coming soon, and that release was slated for I think November.
  2. I'm going to guess the same results as me....it doesn't exist.
  3. Hey... I was able to save them and I'M the newbie at this... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah, but you had the most messed up game ever! I mean, France defending itself, on its own, against Germany, AI versus AI. Like I said, I have never seen that happen. At one point we had 64 divisions attacking us in Saarbruken. No way you stop that advance. Had to pull back to Strausbourg.
  4. Would that be Venice then? Or are you planning on bypassing the 5 starting nations bit?
  5. It's too bad FOT didn't have a coop mode (through the campaign). I would have picked it up in a second then.
  6. So the 5 starting factions are England, Holy Roman Empire, France, Venice, and Spain. 12 Unlockable factions naturally. I plan on playing the English. Who do YOU want to be? EDIT: Check this out. Ohboyoboyoboy.
  7. A fan-freaking-tastic movie, in every sense of the word. I remember watching it in Grade 12, and I missed a day. So I ended up renting it and watching it at home anyways. Both Liam Neeson and Ralph Fiennes give phenomenal performances!
  8. Fair enough. Just commenting that "missions" with just units in a level isn't really all that new. I would hope it's a bit more in depth than Red Alert's was.
  9. Actually, Red Alert had similar situations where you just lead a group of soldiers. No buildings, or new units. One of them was cool because you used a spy and had to avoid dogs, and free a whole bunch of prisoners.
  10. Dragon Shard would probably be more like Warcraft 3, an RTS that has some RPG elements.
  11. The gamerankings page that Llyranor linked has that ranking, and many others.
  12. It could just be poorly marketted or something. Wouldn't be the first game that was good that went under the radar.
  13. Yes. I believe it was France saying "OMG The Netherlands are destroyed. Come save my precious France!" For the record, English and Spanish bombers did what they could. DOn't worry though...we'll liberate you
  14. This is correct. No. The Fallout RPG is what has those rules. Not the Fallout setting.
  15. I don't recall ever saying it's acceptable for a game to be complete junk. I'm saying it's acceptable for a game to use the same universe in a different genre. I never once said FOBOS was a good game and in any way justified. I'm saying you can't compare it to an RPG Fallout.
  16. Then that's your own fault. I'm sure there were plenty of people complaining the WoW wasn't an RTS
  17. That's just it. I have been buying games, and I don't recall them really being that expensive :\
  18. About to help France defend against Germany!
  19. I don't remember it being that expensive. But I didn't buy it when it came out either, so meh.
  20. If you played them expecting them to in any way mimic the original games that used the name, then I'd have to agree that that would be his fault.
  21. Nah, it's mostly search IMO.
  22. I don't see why. Especially if they are aiming at making it a cinematic experience.
  23. Though the previous 18 pages contained content about how Troika weren't following the rules, yet it seems they were. How many other ways can you rationalize this I'm done with this thread. You've clearly lost, and have essentially resorted to strawman (as the discussion never involved whether WoD werewolves were well implemented. They way you were bashing Troika for not following the WoD rules, I figured you actually knew the WoD rules, so I was taking your word for it. I wonder how much other PnP RPG stuff you have bluffed your way through). Continue on with the fingers in the ears screaming "Lalalala" if it makes you feel better.
