  1. That is, most likely, the problem. Kotor 2 loathes Intel GPUs. Bull****. Just because it does not like new drivers or weak GPUs (id est Intel chipsets) that does not mean that the developers were "lazy." Also, the program can run on less than "godlike" PCs with either Vista or XP. There is no such thing as far as I know, if you installed something it was either a mod or a virus/trojan pretending to be a patch.
  2. Could you post more information about your system? For instance, are you using an Intel chipset?
  3. I was also going to post that bit of good news, although I am slightly skeptical that they will offer a free up-grade for music you have already bought via iTunes.
  4. Oh, damn, I was hoping to forget that URL...
  5. Alpha Prime, the damn thing will not get into a window and I want to play it in that manner. EDIT: Fixed it.
  6. It has more to do with the new drivers than the new cards...
  7. Nope. You only need the 1.68 patch, not the current 1.69 one.
  8. Yeah, and I had to bail out right around then too - sorry about that by the way.
  9. Dark Messiah of Might and Magic - good game so far, although I am fairly sure that I will be choosing the demon over the magelet.
  10. Yes. Contact SecuROM and see if they will send you a fixed .exe that is compatible with newer systems. If they refuses... Well, the mods do not like us talking about the other option...
  11. "Multiple reports are coming in that every 30GB Zune (Microsoft's mp3 player) failed this morning at 2 a.m."
  12. Nice job copying and pasting much, if not all, of that post!
  13. Humm... I really did not see much besides Sins of a Solar Empire: Entrenchment and Culpa Innata 2: Chaos Rising* that I would buy right away. *I will be pre-ordering this as soon as a release date is set.
  14. All you need to do to get NWN 1 working is to patch to 1.68 or 1.69 - if you use the latter you must then re-make the shortcut so you launch the actual .exe as the launcher no longer works (it will cause a CTD as soon as the game launches). NWN 2 does not, as far as I know, need any tweaking to run on Vista.
  15. Windows 7 has been leaked to the interwebs! Information Week Wired ars technica
  16. Epic level Neverwinter Nights LAN while Steam games are downloading - although a bit of Left 4 Dead might also slip in.
  17. The 2.10 should run that just fine.
  18. Hey, I've gotten a few good ones too.
  19. Not that Oregon Trail was a bad game...
