  1. I think so. I've got some friends who are Unitarian and I'll ask if there's a website or anything where one could look for a group.
  2. Yes, most of the influential ones were, as far as we can tell, deists.
  3. Far Cry 2
  4. Lolz. You've got the wrong forum member.
  5. But you have to admit that some of the founding fathers were, indeed, nonbelievers.
  6. Oh, I don't know, I think I would behave similarly if put in your position...
  7. Yes. In fact, when I was worn in as an election official I used a copy of the U.S. Constitution and not the offered Bible.
  8. Loz. You have to at least say why you "think it is wrong on so many levels" - at the moment you are doing nothing other than going "oh noes, I don't likes them and thus they shouldn't be able to!"
  9. I did hear more about the "opps" during the oath and I was correct, it was The Chief Justice and not Obama who gaffed.
  10. Exactly. Unless you know it's a good site and a trustworthy author don't use an .exe - it's too risky.
  11. I think Roberts was the one who "fluffed" - but I'm not positive about that. It might have been Obama. Anyways, I thought he gave a great speech.
  12. *Get a good anti-virus and run every file through it after downloading. *Avoid .exe files if possible - these might make mods easier to install, but, then again, they might also install something in addition to the mod. *Use your brain. If a site looks sketchy, ditch the addon or mod and find another one.
  13. Quite I bit older I take it.
  14. I've still not gotten it but I, most likely, will sometime soon - it sounds like a good, if different, campaign.
  15. I might get a couple copies of that as well (one for me and one for my little sister), but only if it has no limited-installations or on-line activations. I'd sooner believe that Israel and Palestine will never ever start a war again...
  16. Maybe it's because of where I live or who I tend to hang out with, but I can think of as many avid female PC gamers as male ones when it comes to personal acquaintances. Here's a short list of just a few of the more notable ones and some of their favored games: "Satan's Night Out": God of War: Chains of Olympus God of War God of War II Neverwinter Nights (Modules/LAN) Neverwinter Nights: SoU Neverwinter Nights: HotU Neverwinter Nights: Kingmaker Neverwinter Nights 2 Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer Fallout Fallout 2 Sins of a Solar Empire Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines The Witcher: Enhanced Edition Civilization I Civilization II Civilization III Civilization IV "Pleniluna": World of Warcraft Sins of a Solar Empire Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines "Valine": Neverwinter Nights (Modules) Neverwinter Nights: SoU Neverwinter Nights: HotU Neverwinter Nights: Kingmaker Neverwinter Nights 2 Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer The Witcher: Enhanced Edition "Mouse" Rock Band (all) Guitar Hero (all) Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines The Witcher: Enhanced Edition Rachel: Portal Half Life 2 Jenny: Left 4 Dead Dead Rising "CurlyGirl" The Sims 2 Oblivion Morrowind Neverwinter Nights Neverwinter Nights: SoU Neverwinter Nights: HotU Neverwinter Nights: Kingmaker Neverwinter Nights 2 Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer Super Smash Brothers Brawl "Carmel"* The Sims 2 Crayon Physics Deluxe Disney Princess: Enchanted Journey *She's my littlest sister, and only five at the moment.
  17. Crayon Physics Deluxe - addicting little game, I got it as a present for my littlest sister and now I cannot stop playing it!
  18. Well, I bought it and Mass Effect (it's now only $19.99) from Steam - now I only need to convince a few friends to do the same so we can LAN...
  19. It's been free for the last couple of months - although you sort of get what you pay for...
  20. Well, thanks for the comments. I'm still not sure if I'll buy it tonight via Steam or get a boxed copy (I happened to see the other day that a local store also has it for $10*) - but I think I will be giving it a try. Hell, it's only ten bucks and I've paid more for games that sounded less promising. *I like having boxed copies of games and so I normally only buy purely digital copies if it's a great deal over the store price - and in this case it's a toss-up.
  21. I might get a couple copies of that as well (one for me and one for my little sister), but only if it has no limited-installations or on-line activations.
  22. Steam's Weekend sale is Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2 and that's a game that I really don't know too much about other then the fact the developers tried to use a cracked no-dvd patch made by [Warez group excluded] in one of their patches. Is it worth $10?
