I'm downloading the stuff from BioWare that enables you to install NWN on Linux.

Mass Effect - good game, definitely as good as the first KotoR (if not better).

I ran it in DX10 mode with some AA, I cannot remember the amount as I was borrowing the game and has been awhile -it might have been 10 or 12-, at 1280x800 - that's the max this laptop's screen will go resolution-wise.

Sorry but modern games will need more powah Lolz. Maybe to run at 2500x1900 (or whatever you use) - but not in most cases.

Lolz. I can play both of those on my PoS laptop with decent settings. EDIT: As for GTA IV - it was simply a ****ty port.

Ok, I can understand that (I disabled Liva as well, but i so have Steam as I play Valve games like Left 4 Dead). Just make sure you get an unregistered copy if you get the original version - you'll need to make a forum account with that code to activate the patch. However, you don't need to worry about that with an Enhanced Edition game.

Rainbow Six Vegas 2 via LAN - thanks to everyone who said that the co-op was worth the $10, it really is. We've just cleared the first real level -the one after the prologue- and have been having a blast.

My comment still applies, you big drama queen. Then what, prey tell, was NOT a disaster about that game? I really cannot think of very many redeeming qualities about the vanilla release - and that's coming from someone who wasted quite a bit of time with that game (albeit a modded version).
