Well, that would depend on the rest of your system and how much you had to spend. I am not sure why but Kotor II has more problems than Kotor with the Intel chipsets.

It is, most likely, your Intel 945GM. Have you tried moving your save to another PC, one with a better graphics card, to see if it works?
