I like encountering them. I even make it a point ot randomly travel the area so I can get those encounters. By the time I am there I am well armored and well armed. I gain phat l00t off their corpses and experience points.

A sad event. He used hand guns to do this? He must have been a good shot, killing 30+ people. I can see this happening with a semi or full auto gun. Something seems strange about this. People kill people. Guns, knives, WMDs and other items are just a tool to accomplish the goal.
