  1. Hey Servantrider, Do you still have the save file and output log for the issue at hand so I can take a look? If you can, please upload a save before you speak with Anamenfath so I can try to recreate the issue you are talking about. Thanks a bunch!
  2. Hello Agemaki, Are you still having this issue? Could you please upload a save file, an output log and dxdiag via dropbox so I can take a look? Thanks a bunch!

  4. Hey Edelweiss, I apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please upload a dxdiag file and the crash folder as well? Also, when upgrading to a new OS, make sure that you perform Windows Update regularly to ensure you get the critical files your system needs to make sure that your hardware has the latest drivers install, such as your graphics card. Let me know how it goes. Thanks a bunch!
  5. Hey Infinityron, Could you upload a save file and an output log if you still have one so I can take a look? Thanks a bunch!
  6. Hello Ingie, Sorry for the late response. Is the issue still happening? Could you please upload a new link? This one has expired. Could you also include an output log and a dxdiag as well? You can find the location of those files in my link in my signature. Thanks a bunch!
  7. Hey Infinitron, Sorry for the late response. Looks like the link has expired. Could you upload those files again please? Thanks a bunch!
  8. Hey Morm91, Sorry for the inconvenience. Did you happen to use the console command at any point or mods? If so, that would disable the ability to gain achievements. If that is not the case, could you please upload a save file and an output log? You can find the locations of those files in the link in my signature. Thanks a bunch!
  9. Hello Aghast_Helghast, Is this issue still occurring for you? I was not able to reproduce it on our end. Thanks a bunch!
  10. Hello Grimmo88, Looks like are you missing some files in your game which are causing those graphical issues. Also you might need to update your graphics card drivers. Make sure they have the latest drivers installed. As for the other stuff. Go to your steam library, right-click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. Let me know how it does. Thanks a bunch!
  11. Hello everyone, Sorry for the delay, things have been really busy here. Could you reupload those files Torm? Looks like the link you posted isnt a shareable one. It requires me to log in. Thanks!
  12. Thank you everyone, I have updated the bug we currently have in our database with your files and information. Thank you for your support!
  13. I really wish it weren't the case but even after verifying the file integrity through steam I'm still having the same issues. Saved game (items are equipped on character #3): https://www.dropbox.com/s/nvk50udjt4uni0m/84e63f4e14fa44ffb518a0ea818ca7c2%209837137%20FirstFires.savegame?dl=0 Output: https://www.dropbox.com/s/0jk02pmtf7nbdpp/output_log.txt?dl=0 Screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/qush0g3habjb6su/Screenshot%202015-09-05%2000.36.51.png?dl=0 Just as a side note, I really appreciate the devs' efforts to squash all the bugs. Keep up the good work! I have confirmed the bug on Sylverlock not being retroactive. I will open up the bug again and inform the programming department. Thank you guys for your patience and support!
  14. Hello again, Unfortunately we currently do not have any plans to update the e-manual at this point and time. Thank you for your support
  15. Hello Googui, I have responded to you on your support ticket. Thanks a bunch!
  16. Hello everyone, This is a known issue and there is a bug in the database. The problem is if your AI is inactive, you wont be able to cast the spell, but if the AI is on and you have Use per-rest abilities checked, they will be able to cast the spell. Thank you for support. Edit: I have merge these 2 threads as they were related to the same topic.
  17. Hello StromenDK, While you are in that folder, right-click on the PillarsofEternity.app and click on "Get Info" once there, delete the ".app" at the end of the file and it will turn into a directory. Once you are finished with adding the portraits you want, go back to "Get Info" and add ".app" back so will become an executable again. Cheers!
  18. hello MonarchX, In steam, go to your game library and right-click Pillars of Eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. If that doesn't work, then please uninstall/reinstall the game. Thanks a bunch!
  19. I'm glad it was able to sort itself out! If the issue ever arises again, feel free to keep me posted. Thank you for your support!
  20. Hello Kriber22, If it ever comes across again, please keep me updated. I'll try to reproduce this on my end. Thanks again.
  21. Any save where you have a truce with the ogres and they are still hostile will do. Thanks!
  22. I have added your information on the bug I have already entered. You save file shows that you have it unlocked along with many others that should be unlocked. It is being looked into. Thank you for your support and patience.
  23. Hello everyone, We are aware of the issue and working on a fix. The issue is that you cannot manually active frenzy if the AI is activated. You can disable the AI and you should be able to activate it manually. Thank you for your support and patience. Edit: I apologize, I made an error in my post. If you keep the AI activated as some of you have mentioned, it will active frenzy on its own.
  24. Hello everyone, We are aware of the issue and yes, disabling the AI will allow you to frenzy. We are working on a fix. Thank you for your support and patience. Edit: My apologies, I got my facts wrong. If you have the AI disabled, you cannot use Frenzy, but if you have the AI active, you can.
  25. Hello everyone, I have checked multiple community saves and saw that they were retroactive. Please make sure that your steam game is up-to-date and perform a verify game cache. In your steam library, right-click Pillars of eternity > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. If the problem still occurs, please upload a save file and an output log via dropbox so I can take a look. Thank you for your support!
