  1. One thing I would like to see is "modes" on a lightsaber - like Darth Maul in Episode 1. What am I talking about? Well, being able to activate a single - or both blades. Just put some button on the interface or something. Having the option to use a double bladed lightsaber as a single bladed one would be more realistic, imo. Of course... if people started to dual wield those and activated both blades - well, why not? Dual wielding saber staffs. It would look cool, be utterly stupid and incur massive penalties, but who cares? They should include it.
  2. As long as it bags them even more capital, then LAs would be foolish to object. ...and include a mouse mat with that list of goodies!
  3. I'll be happy if K3 just ties everything together and ends everything in a decent way - with multiple replay value. And I don't care who the main villains are - put in an option to redeem them. It is utterly absurd that Revan gets redeemed, the Exile can redeem him/herself in his/her eyes but the main villains? Oh you can try, but you always fail. It sucks. I know, I know "deal with it." Meh. I want to see HK-47 leading an army of HK-50 droids; I want to see the Mandalorians follow (ultimately) under Revan's banner. I want to see everything I did in the two prior games have a positive (or negative) impact depending on my alignment. I want to see the "New" Jedi Council put together. I want to see Force Ghosts. I want to be able to unite the Galaxy against the "True Sith" - not the followers of an ideal, but the suvivors of the original race. The fallen jedi/original sith race hybrids - *those* True Sith that both K1 and K2 mention. I want to see HK-47 standing over a battlefield of corpses behind Revan, and Mandalore behind Revan with whatever of his clans are left (likely not a lot); I want to see Revan and the Exile stand facing the horizon - before they part ways. I want the option to see Revan end the exile to "seal" the wound in the force. I want a sentimental ending with an element of tragedy - the self sacrifice. Revan fell to the darkside for the "greater good" (only it didn't work), and now the Exile gives up his/her life to save the force. I want to see Revan walk away, never to return. I want the sins of his/her past to weigh heavily on him, so much so that he cannot live as a normal jedi any longer. I want to see Bastilia, Brianna last of the Handmaiden, Disciple, Juhani(sp?), Visas, Yutha Ban(sp again) and a couple of others on the new Jedi council. Maybe Dustil too. I want Bao-dur to die tragically that sends echoes that will last for centuries. I want Carth Onasi to be given a decent role - and possibly Admiral Dodonna(sp?) to make a return. I want to talk with the Ghosts of Kevar, Vrook & Kreia. I want to see Vandar and Dorack's ghosts. I want to see the full old jedi council assembled near the end of the game. I want to see the Exile beg forgiveness from them, and Revan too. And damnit, I want them to finally admit that Revan was right to go to war, and moreover, that they are the true saviours. I want Atris to give up her robes as a jedi and live as Jolee did to atone for her sins. And damnit, right at the end, I want Jolee to say "You did good kid, maybe you're not so bad after all." And that's just for the story. And put in more worlds. It's been said over and over and over again, but bah, it bears repeating. But most of all - make K3 memorable enough to not only surpass its predecessors, but make it great enough to secure a place in RPG history so it will be remembered within the ranks of being one of the greatest RPGs ever made
  4. Maybe, but I doubt it. If they truly intend to make K3 and make it better than K2, or risk the outrage of the fans, I expect they'll release it in the late end of 2007 or later.
  5. Even as a "lightside" Jedi, I can't say I didnt' feel relief when those cretins' finally bit it.
  6. It's always Vrook's fault. Vrook is the sole reason for the Kotor series! Everything is an echo of Vrook
  7. Just... not as a romance interest for a female PC, please. Carth was enough. No need to have Dustil there too.
  8. I feel they did his character a disservice by making him attack no matter what.
  9. Blackadder wins the "best" comedy ever made hands down.
  10. Wonderful. If GL writes K3, then we can expect it to turn out like Episodes 1, 2 & 3. *sigh*
  11. Oh my. Replacing you as K3's Bastila... her evil twin. There's something rather unsettling but highly entertaining about that :p
  12. Feisty and more impulsive/hot headed than usual? "
  13. ...I need to check my own threads more often... I must confess, that I post fairly often when I'm bored. Usually at night when I should be sleeping. So the majority of everyone's posting habits are - when they can [be bothered], from work, or when they're bored?
  14. I like Kavar best... he seemed to be the most sympathetic and understanding towards the Exile. Zei-Kai El comes a close second. Regardless what anyone else says, I firmly believe that Vrook is actually a sith. Or if he isn't, he certainly isn't good. I'm not convinced that he isn't the sole reason that Revan went to war and set the Exile down the path he took. Or at least, had a hand in creating those "echoes". But that's something for another topic .
  15. The Leviathan's elevator sometimes wouldn't work and crash before letting me get to the next area. Thankfully all it took was a reset of the PC and everything worked again. I would have been majorly annoyed if it had broken my first run through of the game - and it almost did. For K2, it has to be Nar Shaddar. My second run through with my DSF exile - I had just spoken to Z Kai-el person and the door wouldn't open. Last planet before M5. And the damn door wouldn't open. After searching the self-help forum, nothing came up - except for the mention of an "armband" mod that opened doors. So that little mod saved my game.
  16. And you assume that I've beaten the game less than you, or read the dialog less? You know what, forget it. I'm not interested in a flame war.
  17. Despite the necro-posting... imo, Revan is either a sentinel or a consular. Sentinel because the description was that its the light that hunts the darkness (or some such) and Revan seems to do just that on many, many occasion, or a consular - because Revan seeks to bring balance. (or something). He fits any of the roles, but I can't really picture him as a guardian because... Revan has a finesse over brute force imo, which a guardian may lack. As for the exile - it really doesn't matter.
  18. Unless you are an Obsidian Designer/Developer/whatever, you cannot know for certain. Stop acting like you're the be all and end all authority on this. Until K3 comes out, none of us truly know for sure. And if they make it well, we won't know for sure, ever. I'm getting a tad sick of you contradicting everyone you don't agree with and speaking as though you know everything for sure. So chill and lay off, k?
  19. Hmm, that could have something to do with it. I think you're right.
  20. As is your trust in Kreia Edit: I should clarify that I believe that Revan makes his or her own choices and that anything anyone else says should be disregarded or taken with a large grain of salt. Kreia especially.
  21. Yeah yeah yeah. So Kreia says.
  22. English Accents are overrated *says the Brit with a strong English Accent*
  23. It's possible Kreia was lying. Maybe Revan (DS) ran off to join these "true sith"
