Atris: "She will murder herself - and you - if you do not go there..." E: "Not if I murder me first!" Atris: "Noooooooo!" E: *stabs self with lightsabre* K: "Damnit." E: "Didn't see that one coming, did you, old bag!" -
A quick noob question - I just picked up the game. Er, any idea on what patches to install, or where to get them from?
-
I want to have "animal companions" in k3. Upgrade the "Beast trick" or something. Having a pet hississ(sp?) would be fun. And a pet gizka. (just to have it breed and swarm worlds with them... an army of Gizka led by the dark lord <charname>...)
-
But that would make too much sense! *roll eyes* Seriously, I agree with you though. They should put that in K3! *runs*

Who would you rather have killed?

...There was actually an option to tell Mission to leave, but she's too stupid to take Revan up on it. Kinda annoying really. (Having just finished my nth playthrough of K1 again today). -
Sometimes I wonder if I'm playing an entirely different game to everyone else...
-
Actually, they can do whatever they want and the fans will just have to accept it, whether they like it or not.
-
Well whatever is decided, it won't please everybody. I expect they won't be killing of either Revan or the Exile until near the end - and if so, it should be due to some of the player's actions. Hopefully, that'd make everyone happy - I mean, being able to choose who lives and dies. (Although, come to think of it, that sounds awfully like "playing god"... ) However, if the player does choose to go Dark Side, for crying out loud, make it decent this time. More Kreia style manipulations on the PC's part; I don't want to serve the Republic if I'm evil - I want minions, dangit. Minions and slaves! Or some such. <_< Mmm... twilik(sp?) dancers?

Carth to HK: Carth: "Droid or not, when this is over, I'll see you get a medal" HK: "Commentary: Only the master may present me with upgrades. Keep your meatbag medal or you will find it pinned through your heart." Carth: "Mouthy droid..." Revan: "I don't know, I rather like him." Bastila: "Revan! Beware the darkside!" Revan: "Sigh. Yes dear. I guess your screams would get annoying quickly, Carth. Sorry HK, another time." HK: "Master, you are so cruel to deprive me of such pleasantries." Carth: "Stupid droid." ~~~ Exile to Vogga the Hutt E: [force persuade] You do not want me/Handmaiden/Mira to dance for you V: I do not want you or your companions to dance for me *Mira whispers in the Exile's ear* E: [force persuade] Instead, you want to dance for us and lose ten pounds! V: I want to dance fo- what? E: [persuade] We're uh, trying out an experimental diet for which you hired us V: <_< E: [force persuade] You will pay us 500 credits for every pound you lose -
Yeah, cut content. Check out the links in Battlewookie's sig.

Actually, one thing I would like to see if the whole "New Jedi Council" thing goes ahead - is HK47 lecturing young padawans - not about the evils of the darkside, but how to kill dark jedi by erroding their will. His commentary would be highly amusing. Yes, yes I know he's supposed to lead an army of HK51s, but even so.. it'd be funny.
-
Well, Bastilia does say that Revan's memory returned - or at least, a part of it. And Malak says on the Starforge that Revan was even more powerful than his stint when he was the Dark Lord... so... As to HotU style? Well, maybe, perhaps as an expansion but not to start a game off. Unless as someone previously suggested, they put all the games on a single DVD and you could play through in one go.
-
I don't like the idea of these Essence Gems of yours. Revan would not be foolish enough to fall into so obvious a trap - especially not if he is the far-sighted general that Canderous and Kreia made him out to be.
-
Well, one way of doing that would be to have "Revan transmissions" via communication. Revan guides your character while offering advice or the like, but again, that derives the player of control of his former PC. Revan could be as powerful as he was in K1, but you wouldn't get to use him in a fight until you eventually met up sooooo that way you still "get" him, but "not".
-
And you know this for fact, do you? Maybe Revan simply took a vacation because he got sick of the republic or the sith, hmm, ever consider that? " My point is - you only have Kreia's word to go on and until K3 is made, canon or otherwise, no one knows for sure. Don't be so quick to judge in absolutes.
-
Vrook is the best "Sith Lord" - he was just too stubborn to realise it.
-
Or so Kreia claims. ^
-
As another "idea" - I want them to finally clarrify this "true sith" from the K1 comment of "True sith died out ages(I think) ago; sith nowadays are followers of an ideal" - or along those lines. So a non-force user race or a race with some force powers would be nice to see. Just not... uber overpowered kthxbye.
-
All right - So the idea about the Exile's "band" of 'jedified' companions forming a new jedi council and the PC for K3 being a student?

That's the kindess thing anyone has ever said to me on these forums -
I detest "superheroes" of any kind, and since Drizz't falls into that category, being the self-righteous preaching 'paladin wannabe' uber-munchkin muppet he is, I detest him too.
-
And the option to rain down death using the turrets, right? :D Speaking of which - multiple turrets would be nice. Y'know, having say, one of your companions operate the other one. Or even the option to say, "I'm tired from saving planet x - hey, mission/canderous/HK/whoever you man it for a change!"
-
Actually, there is one thing I'd like to see in K3. Less railroading. No seriously. I want to be able to get to places multiple ways - and choose more than two ways with which to solve things. Poison the Shark/Destroy Machinary is all well and good, but... there is still only a single way to get there. And starting levels like the Endar Spire... put more choices in. At least make replays interesting. I know it'd mean more work, but I think it would be worth it.

Here is a scene I'd pay money to see: (written by yours truly in a moment of boredom.) On the Endar Spire
