  1. I read somewhere that you have to have at least two others survive for Shepard to live.
  2. 50 is the level cap I think. I'll be back from wherever I am now tomorrow and will finally join you guys.
  3. also a bit longish
  4. Well, then that makes him even more amazing. To overcome mental retardation and achieve so much is phenomenal.
  5. It's an awesome leveling build, I use it when not healing.
  6. Isn't it Putin in Denmark? And if he bows it's followed by a judo chop. EDIT: Now with pictures! Damn kids, get away from my hibachi! Oh.. hi, I didn't see you there. How are you? say uncle!
  7. My favorite has been the healing mage. I'll try to make some time to make a character on that server but I've recently got back into lotro and don't know if I want to split my time.
  8. Totally relevant to this serious topic Putin, the last real man
  9. If bashing other countries makes you feel better about your own then I wish you luck with that.
  10. Happy birthday!!!!!
  11. Crimson Skies maybe
  12. He was an antagonist on that game. No, he wasn't. The Kain series are separated between the Blood Omen (with Kain as a protagonist) and the Legacy games (with Raziel as the protagonist and Kain as the main antagonist) Check it, then come back and apologize I'm pretty sure they were all called Legacy of Kain.
  13. I finally got around to seeing Battle: Los Angeles this past weekend and I really enjoyed it. I didn't bother with any of the reviews for it but I heard it got trashed pretty heavily and I think a few people on here hated it as well. For me it was great though and pretty much exactly what I was expecting, it was a battle against aliens in LA. The Marine angle also helped a bit in my enjoyment as I thought they did a really good job portraying most things accurately even though a couple things did bother me like how they kept saying F-O-B instead of fob and how the lead was only a Staff Sergeant after 20 years of decorated service.
  14. It had a JE vibe to me for some reason and I liked JE a lot but I didn't like that I was getting those vibes from DA2. I really didn't care much for the (mostly unavoidable) combat (and the camera) so I played the game on easy so I could just breeze through it. I really enjoyed the combat from the first game and I know that it's mostly the same for this one but it still puts me off. I did enjoy the game for the most part but I was hoping for something different and while that isn't the game's fault it really did limit my enjoyment of it.
  15. Gave up on a second playthrough of DA2. It's not a bad game it's just not the game I wanted it to be. Next up Shogun 2.
  16. Happy birthday!!!
  17. I thought the demo was enjoyable at least but I really hate the new camera. I have some other minor gripes but I don't want to nitpick and it's not enough for me to cancel my preorder.
  18. Has anyone played the Crusader Kings and its expansions? It's on sale for about 6 bucks and was curious if it was worth it.
  19. Wals, I'm sorry to hear about your mom. It's always hard to lose a loved one. I also lost my mother to cancer... 10 years ago now, she was 44 and I was 19. EDIT: It's unlikely that she will beat it given her age (91) and that she's pretty world-weary now, having outlived 4 children and 2 grand children.
  20. Sorry to hear that. I hope she is able to make a full recovery. Thanks.
  21. I found out that my grandma has bladder cancer... she's in good spirits about the whole thing though and I think that I'm more torn up about it than she is.
  22. Sorry, I meant pick one of their abilities for yourself.
  23. It's been a while, so my memory might be faulty. Can't you drag/assign them to number keys? I'm pretty sure you can. Though much of the interface got dumbed down for the PC sequel, I think they left that alone. But whomever decided to remove keyboard shortcuts to your codex or you quest log is an idiot. One thing I'm kinda disappointed about. I don't intend to play through this game 6 times, one for every class, and I want force powers, sniper rifles, grenades, cloak, the works, but I can't have it. The leveling trees seem pretty limited for all classes. If I remember correctly you get to pick one of your squad members special abilities for yourself after you beat it once. I would always take one of the force powers on my infiltrator. Also, you get to pick up another weapon skill somewhere along in the story I think.
  24. Nope, it creeped the heck out of me for a while.
