    Sorry the crab pictures came out really awful You can't see the hermit crabs at all and the other little critters are so small you can barely make them out I forgot that day 2 was also spa day

    Day 2 - Was more of day 1, just lounging around and settling in and here are some friendly critters Funny story about that frog, the staff was telling me how they are poisonous and that I shouldn't try to eat it or put it in my mouth.... because I guess I just look like the type of person who puts random frogs in my mouth. Without it even buying me dinner first? For shame!

    Not exactly, as I said these pay above minimum wage and typically more than the same jobs down here in Denver

    I can tell you all these resort mountain towns around here bring in workers from abroad because very few locals are willing to do the work and these aren't even very labor intensive jobs and pay above minimum wage. It's seasonal work mostly but a decent amount workers overstay their visas but most of these big name hotels don't care because nobody else is going to do the work. These workers are mostly South American and eastern European. They do pay taxes though so there's that

    Just finished watching the last Star Trek TNG episode with the wife. I've turned her into a Trekkie and now we're trying to decide between DS9(most likely) or Voyager next.

Windows 9 is coming and is supposed to fix the start button and general UI and design fiasco (rumor is it's adding a proper start menu back in but with some live tile enhancements) but keep and hopefully improve on the performance gains. I would suggest getting something like D_N suggested (Start8 or Classic Shell) for now I run vanilla 8.1 but the long adjustment period and frustration with the changes nearly made me switch to Mac (which I hate for much of the same reason) or Linux (which I only dabble in)

    Now I'm just waiting for my video card and the RAM to come in. Thinking of going ahead and getting that second video card since I saved a bunch of money by switching to stuff that fell off a truck* *actually I got some great sales and promotions and got some liquid cooling doohickey for free. I just hope it doesn't suck
