Its all in the profile.. also if you click on a member's name a little drop down list appears with some options. It indicates gender there. Pink for female, blue for male and grey for neuter. Ugh, I just realised... how long before pointless "thanks for the add" posts?

Yeah, the myspace like features do seem a bit much, though I feel some real damage can be done to the self esteem of other members. If you haven't already got it, get it as its aimed at westerners. A couple of years ago my sister travelled to India to work for an NGO (Development In Action) for six months and she says the book was invaluable.
