Wow. That really sucks. Never heard of such a case before. You may have a corrupted Save Game, so you may have to start over, if you haven't saved in more than one slot.

These can be accessed in KotorSavegameEditor, or KSE (found at pcgamemods.com, I believe you just type in KSE at the top). I have no screenshots to tell you where exactly to go to change certain things but I'm sure another member does. I do not know but once again, I'm sure another member somewhere in the forum does.

Are you going directly up to them and talking to them? You have to fix them from inside the building (I forget from where, though). You can't just walk up to them and fix them.
