  1. Durance, definitely. It's too bad that the poll is missing. I prefer to be a male coastal aumaua.
  2. That's because you weren't very familiar with mechanics. Now things like THAC0 are a no-brainer for you and now you'd spent on that staff less than a minute. Our previous experience leaves an imprint on our future; I doubt that there'll ever be better BG than BG(2).
  3. Luckmann is a troll. I prefer "Noober". If you know what I mean.
  4. I don't need that save BTW, just thought that you might want to know about that behavior.
  5. Description: Steps to Reproduce the Issue: Find in the attached savegames the save at Magran's Fork, 4/11/2015, load it; Hire Durance; Open Character sheet. Important Files: Savegames https://mega.co.nz/#!JR9AHTqQ!6KoGgGODlJQtccjS9F9SbJuwQFkz7BDHvmYZvmcYtvw (118.2 MB) Output Log https://mega.co.nz/#!QR8GGIiD!SpwzyMUzGPPO6ygf12Xk4f2Sl-yPeJn6QV57PFhl8cI System Specs Windows 8.1, ASUS ROG.
  6. I know that, thank you. The point was that they're shown in the wrong section. They're displayed together with Cipher Powers and Chanters chants. They should be separated from Powers/Chants. Here's the image: http://postimg.org/image/qbra5ebnt/
  7. Also, now "Do you want to save changes?" _always_ appears when closing Options, even if nothing has been changed. E.g. click on Video, change nothing, close - and "save changes" prompt is here.
  8. > "There's a new option to reset newly recruited companions to level 1 (without losing the experience). This will allow you to level up companions to your liking" But where is it? It's not obvious at all. I tried all the possible things that've come to mind. -- Also, I just hired Grieving Mother for test and she has some abilities (like Fighting Spirit) shown among Level 2 Cipher Spells in Character sheet. And these abilities are clearly not Cipher Spells. The same is true for Kana; Armed to the Teeth is shown in "1st level Chanter Spells", for Hiravias etc. It seems that Abilites just aren't aligned correctly.
  9. It's just that users go nervous when SOMETHING has been changed and they have no idea what it was. Maybe figurines are 10x more expensive again... we want to know about that.
  10. Just, I don't know, changelog, maybe?
  11. yes, that was 538 (Apr 15) and that's 540 (Apr 16). BAdler, PLEASE, notify us somehow about what has been changed in subsequent releases!
  12. It is possible to create Pale Elf with a model of Wood Elf. Steps to reproduce: a) New Game b) Female, for example, then Next c) Elf, Next. Wood Elf model is selected by default. d) Subrace: Pale Elf, then Next. e) There are buttons on the top that allow you to quickly go to one of the previous steps, without pressing Previous several times. Click on "Race" breadcrumb f) Press "Elf" on Race selection screen again. Do not select subrace again, just click Next one more time! Finish character creation. Yoo-hoo, you now have Pale Elf that uses Wood Elf model during the game. PS: The same can be reproduced with orlans to some degree (the head remains Wild orlan's, but skin is from Heart Orlan)
  13. People, what's wrong with you? So many yucks given, and the subject doesn't deserve any.
  14. Play both. Either in a form of custom companion or a second playthrough.
  15. Why do you even care? It's not your money, after all.
  16. I agree. What, *exactly*, is a "wilder"?! Here's the link with answers: http://pillarsofeternity.gamepedia.com/Creature
  17. My desires are unconventional, so I'm trying high-Interrupt melee cypher now with MIG 13, CON 4, DEX 18, PER 21, INT 17, RES 5. I'm in Gilded Vale's Temple right now, but it goes surprisingly smooth (on Hard; I have several other playthoughs started and can approximate the experience to some degree).
  18. It's not Russian language though. Seems to be Polish.
