Last year, my school held an assembly about Myspace, Friendster, and sites like that in general. It was basically warning the younger kids at the school about the dangers of posting your picture, intrests and location on the internet. Over the years Myspace has become increasingly popular, and most kids have one (not me though). The problem is, most of them are under age. Myspace makes it clear that you must be atleast 16 (or something) to join, but all you really have to do is set your year of birth back a bit, and you're in.
What's really more important though is a death threat e-mail a student in a neighboring school recieved. Here's the article.
