  1. Oooh...nice Bastila pic, Eisu. Funny comic, BTW. I wonder if maybe you could try something like that with the male exile? I think handmaiden and Visas might yield some weird predictions. ^_^ Just a thought.
  2. Master Chief. I bet he looks so hot under that mask. (probably pretty pale, though) And now, for some more pixelated goodness. This one's Ivy from Soul Calibur 2. Her uniform is my favorite in the game. (w00t)
  3. Okay, you've lost your right to talk. Bastila. I love brunettes, but the accent does it for me.
  4. I sure hope not. (praying) Please, don't return... And just to make a point here, in K2, it didn't seem like the Sith were the biggest threat in the galaxy, it was mercenaries! Anyone else feel like they were everywhere? On Telos, what did you here about? Czerka's mercenaries. On Dantooine, who was causing trouble and who did you have to fight? Mercenaries. On Nar Shadaa, you were hunted by bounty hunters who are little more than a glorified form of mercenaries, and you also faced the exchange's mercenaries!! At least in K1, the Sith seemed like your biggest threat, not the stupid mercenaries.
  5. Traya wasn't one of the "old Sith Lords". And she sucked at manipulating, because I could see her betrayal coming from miles away. And it didn't take me long to figure out she was the 3rd Sith lord. Crap, if you get that cutscene showing her with Sion and Nihilus, and if you listen to her when she talks about the 3rd Sith Lord, it's pretty obvious she's a dark Jedi and the third Sith Lord.
  6. I couldn't disagree with you more. While the ending segments were similar if you look at gameplay, they were also radically different in many ways. Read my previous post for my points. But Kotor 1 did it way better and it made sense to actually make it challenging, I mean after all it was the final level. Malachor V was just easy beyond belief. The only battle that was remotely hard for me was the Traya battle, but that was mostly because I was a consular/master and she had insane saving throws against force powers. Even then, it wasn't that difficult. We're not biased. Even a lot of people who like K2 better admit the ending was terrible. And while the Star Forge was hack and slash, it was challenging, executed better, more exciting, more fulfilling, and at least you got some new stuff (Star Forge/Darth Revan robes). And it didn't have a lot of empty plot holes that needed filling, either. It was a mistake having the final level so easy, even if you are supposed to be a powerful Jedi. The final level is supposed to be hard, and it just makes it boring if it's no challenge whatsoever and linear at the same time. And don't forget, it's possible for even the most powerful force user to die by "weak" hands. Just look at how Darth Sidous died in ROTJ.
  7. @Darkside: Also, don't make the eyes big, that helps. (not that I'm qualified to answer) @nitro: You turn out pics quick. They're all great. @Everyone: Thanks for the compliments on the Revan/Bastila/Carth gender pic. I'm still wondering if I'm going to color it in and shrink it, or just leave it as is.
  8. Halo = greatness. Even the repetetive environments didn't bug me that much. It had great gameplay, good story (for Halo 1, anyway), great action, an awesome ending sequence (I loved the warthog escape), very few loading screens, and very few glitches. Hmm...Obsidian should take a leaf out of their book. Especially the last two.
  9. Yeah, in pure Force ability. But in manipulation? I can't recall any of them manipulating events so much in his favor while being shrouded with secrecy right in the heart of the Jedi Order. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> *nods head* I'm guessing the "True Sith" will be the descendants of the ancient Sith Lords. In my opinion, that should have been the huge revelation in K2, not the whole "wound in the force" thing. For me, it felt like this: Jedi Masters: "You are a wound in the force, we have to betray you now." Traya: "I hate the force, exile...blah blah blah...you are beautiful, to me, exile. I used you...blah blah blah...(fight Traya)...your party members will have this fate...blah blah blah...you can't take any along with you. Oh, and by the way, the true Sith are out there." *falls over and dies*
  10. In my opinion, the worst parts of K2 were the beginning and the end (Peragus and Malachor), Peragus was so damn boring and seemed to drag on forever, Malachor V was pretty much the same. Both Taris and the Star Forge were miles ahead of Peragus and Malachor V, IMO. As GOA said, at least in the Star Forge you have interaction and some new stuff. For instance, you got the scene with Bastila or interacted with her as DS, you got the Canderous speech, you got the Star Forge/Darth Revan robes, and you had the droid puzzle. And while it was a ton of hack and slash, I thought that helped add to the excitement of the game, while Malachor's just seemed to add nothing, esp. with no party members. And with the cut content, the Mira/Hanharr scene was utterly pointless. And K1 did a much better job because you know what happened to the characters in the game. K2 tried to tell of all your character's futures, but I think that completely backfired, because then there was no room to continue their stories after the game because you already know what happened to them. K1 didn't do that with it's characters - it left the ends open - but with that you could imagine what happened to them yourself, and unlike K2, you knew what happened to them in the end of the game. As LS, they became heroes, as DS you killed almost all of them.
  11. Yay! Two more holes to play with! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> If you mean what I think you do, I don't want to picture that.
  12. Well, we don't know for certain yet who rebuilt the order until K3 comes out. It doesn't seem right to me that they'd the ones to rebuild the order since both were new to the force, and I think you can kill Atris in K2 as well. And if you count Bastila (ls), she was a surviving member, too. Even still, we can't be sure if they're the only ones who survived because all the Jedi were supposedly in "hiding", and those might be the ones who come back in K3. That's why I think Revan should come back in K3, since I think he/she, Bastila, and the exile would be more suited than anyone else to teach the force and rebuild the order.
  13. As for Revan, I sure hope they don't kill him/her off. That would suck. Poor Bastila/Carth would lose their lover. :'( At least, I hope they make it the player's choice if Revan dies or not. If Revan is LS, then he could come back to the Republic and help rebuild the Jedi order along with Bastila, the exile, and others. If he went DS, he or the exile could become the new lord of the Sith Empire, with the two having a huge battle at the end to determine who is strongest. Of course, that would mean that the LS ending would have to be the canoninical one since the Jedi order and the Republic have to survive, but I don't think that'd be a problem.
  14. What Jolee picture? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Nope, not falling for that one again, pixies. :D If only I took a %&$# screenshot.
  15. Aaaauuuugh! Don't show that! I don't care what the official comic says, Visas does have eyes in my book. She has to be my second favorite, followed then by Mira. Handmaiden needs a better haircut.
  16. Bastila. Who else would I vote for? ^_^ Too bad there are so many others that aren't on this poll. (Yuthura Ban, Mission Vao) You may want to rename it "Hottest Jedi chic" or something like that since they're all force users. Just a suggestion. Edit: Nevermind; I saw Padme on it.
  17. Agreed, although I think it should be the exile so that we don't have to deal with a new avatar and so we don't have to go through the trouble of having to define the exile's character. Also, some new and better-looking masks would be nice, too. I'd also like to see armor that has it's own head covering, like the mandalorian armor in K1.
  18. Woah! That's amazing! (and creepy)
  19. Another Jolee pic from pixies? Let's see if this one disappears, too. Here's the pic (actually more of a sketch) I drew this weekend. It's just something humorous I drew concerning the whole Revan gender debate. ^_^ Hope you find it funny. I think DL or Draken Fett might appreciate this. I apologize for the faces beforehand, you must understand I suck at drawing human faces.
  20. Welcome back, Eisu! Nice sketches. BTW, great job on the comics. Your Hanharr drawing was 10x scarier than he was in the game. :D
  21. Also, Aimo's female, so that's why her characters are female based... and being female, she finds Atton irresistable, and thus, the frequency of his face popping out of the woodwork... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I know, I know. ^_^ I was just making a comment, that's all. At least she doesn't draw Disciple all over the place. Or Hanharr. And by the way, Eisu, I loved your Hanharr drawings in the comic. He looked 10x scarier than he did in the game.
  22. Wow Very impressive.
  23. *sigh* just relax, already. It's not like people will be churning out pictures every hour. Just give it some time. And if it's any consolation, I myself have a pic that I'll be posting tomorrow.
  24. I guess they don't want any distractions for the troops while they're away. "Hey Sarge, I want a Happy Meal!"
  25. "There is no life in the void, only...death." Hey, it's not any more random than the last 5 posts.
