I personally don't know much about either guy, but the music was better in K1, so I'll have to vote Soule. There were only a couple pieces in K2 I actually liked, like the Sith academy and the Rebuilt Enclave music.

Yeah, but are there any neat historical events that coincide with your birthdate? Do you share birthdays with any famous people? (see first post). Focus, people!
-
Hmm...God must not want to speak to me, cause I can't seem to get a response from him. I type in a question and don't get an answer. I hate my computer. :D
-
You're still not getting my vote... if you want it so badly you know what I want @ WS - No, nothing and yes I did DL EDIT - Aww... thanks Mothie <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I wasn't not trying to garner votes, I was speaking the truth. And changing back to the Hoff avatar would be wrong as I'd be tempted to get this one back as soon as you'd voted for me. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> So you were trying to garner votes, eh?
-
For sure. DL's birthday is a special occasion in itself.
-
But a very good mynock! Nice to see you haven't given up paint doodling for good, DL.
-
Or maybe Baley has a clone army we weren't told about. EDIT: Nevermind.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Historical_anniversaries My birthday contains some pretty cool events. Things like the Battle of Hastings, Theodore Roosevelt being shot, and the first Winnie the Pooh book happened on my birthday. I also share birthdays with people like William Penn, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Roger Moore, and Stacy Keibler. Some of you have probably already seen this before. This thread was inspired by a derailment in Ender's first baby thread. I'm sure some of you have done this before, but I figured I'd create this topic just to give it a shot and give the other people who hadn't done it a chance (and maybe boost my TOMBS thread rating). You sly devil, you.

(w00t) That's freakin awesome! I thought it was a real computer virus at first, but it's a game sickness they actually created! So, does this mean they're going to create some antidote item for it in the game?

See the little arrow at the right side of the quote? Click on it.

Since you asked for my pics Eldar, here are some nice juicy links for you. Not much, but hey. And once again, thanks.

Well, anyone who can create such a spam juggernaut is legendary in my book. In fact, I've only seen CoF show fear of mods once.

hahaha you doofus Naysaying: 2 – Mothman is actually pretty upbeat. Lurking: 1 – I know he’s lurked from time to time, but he’s not much of a lurker. He seems to be willing to speak when he has an opinion. Netiquette: 5 – What can I say about Netiquette that hasn’t already been said? Nitpicking: 3 – Folks who flame nitpick. My mothy friend is no exception. On-topic: 3 – He tends to stay on topic. Quoting: 3 – Strangely enough, he’s not much of a quoter. Oh, he’s about average, but considering the fact that he’s willing to mix it up, I would have expected more. Thread Creation: 3 – Okay, he doesn’t have a lot of threads. On the other hand, his first post created a thread and it went seven pages. He gets an extra point for that. Word-Play: 3 – Yeah, he plays with words. He’s a goof. Complaining: 2 – Not too bad on the complaining front. Emoticons: 3 – Some posts have none. Some posts have several. I especially like the post with three in a row followed on the next line by a Esoteric Trivia: 3 – He’s very erotic. Huh? Oh, esoteric? That too, I guess. Flirting: 2 – He doesn’t tend to be too terribly randy considering his age. He did have an ugly argument with meta concerning his taste in women though. Kung-Fu: 3 – He’s not a kung-fu master, but being able to take a few hits and land a few uppercuts can sometimes carry the day! :D Nanny: 3 – Every now and then, he’s the nanny in the playroom. Private Messaging: 1 – Current evidence is that he doesn’t have a lot of private messages. I can almost see folks PMing me to let me know he PMs them. As a result, their own PM rating will increase. Everyone will be happy. Rebutting: 3 – He won’t let your attack go unanswered. Spam: 2 – Not a huge spammer, my friend the Mothman. Therapist: 2 – Only enough to make an attack. Stealth: 2 – Naw, the Mothman flutters too close to the light to be stealthy. Tip-Toeing: 2 – He didn’t come here to dance, dammit. Trolling: 2 – Not really. He might respond to trolls, but he doesn’t tend to be one himself. --- BACKGROUNDS : Fame: 3 – He’s known if not always understood. Respect: 3 – Mothman is a likeable young man. Net Access: 3 – seems to have access. Spellmar: 3 – I was talking to Spellmar the other day and he feels like we pick on him. Followers 0 – No followers. Who needs ‘em anyhow? Dupe Accounts: 0 – I haven’t seen one yet and I don’t want to know. --- --- Merits/Flaws: Defender of the faith – It’s not all he is. It doesn’t encompass the whole of his personality. …But Mothman has never been ashamed of his Christianity. I hope he never is. Art connoisseur – Mothman enjoys fan art. I didn’t find a sketch he’d done, but I’d like a link to one if anyone can find it. Standing tall – Mothman will stand up for himself. He’s not really a flaming cowboy. He’s more of a guy who refuses to be pushed down. Good for him. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thanks, Eldar. I love it (esp. my chutzpah rating)! :D :"> So far, my best thread was the romance thread, which lasted 18 pages until it was sadly locked due to spam attack. Hmm...I don't seem to recall being "picked on" by spellmar...unless my memory's just failing (old age, of course). And since you asked for sketches, I DO actually have three pictures I posted in the art threads. As soon as I find them, I'll post or PM them. :D

Sweet! Can't wait to see what mine will be! You won't say anything mean about me will you, Eldar? Well, there go my 666 posts. *sigh* BTW, what is the ganga club?

Around here, the closest thing to a natural disaster we get is a thunderstorm. I shudder to think of the effects this hurricane might bring, esp. if it's still category 5 when it reaches the coast. As if we didn't have enough on our hands with Katrina already. Some friends of mine are currently in Texas, too. I hope they'll be okay. Hopefully, the state and federal governments will have learned their lesson and run the disaster response a lot better.

the end of the game ...
Dark Moth replied to Nomada_Firefly's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Welcome to the club. I think you'll find there have been at least dozens of topics on the disappointing ending. Let's just hope there really is going to be a K3, or the ending will suck ten times more. If you want to post any K3 ideas or suggestions, you can try posting here. -
Good job Only, it reminds me more of HK-50 with the red eyes and gray skin.
-
I've seen lots of stuff like this before. Interesting, but I wouldn't take everything in there seriously, namely some of his "scientific" reasoning. Nevertheless, it still makes me feel all weird inside.
-
Has anyone mentioned Hellgate: London yet? Looking good, looking good. And yes, it is an RPG - a first-person RPG.
-
Consular/Sith Lord for me, too. By the end of the game, I could force-storm everyone in the room to a crisp in about 5 seconds.

KotoR 3: Ideas and Suggestions
Dark Moth replied to Fionavar's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Agreed on a lot of points except the few. -
wow...I almost read that entire post. Agreed on a lot of points except the few. Namely, your liking of Kreia. But of course, anyone who's been on these boards a while knows I dislike Kreia! As for why she becomes the baddie, it's a little complicated. Even I don't fully understand it. BTW, I'd install the pacifist package for HK-47. The game is built so you remove it right after you install it no matter what, and it gives HK-47 a wisdom bonus.

More likely he'll just invade it himself (in order to find those Penguins of Mass Destruction ). <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Then he'll have it pointed out to him that Penguins live in the south, not the north... " <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Then we'll face an insurgency from Moose...
