I remember seeing a preview where they brought frankenstiens monster to life... then made a dingo for the heck of it... then placed a baby between them. The dingo got the baby before the monster did and ate it. Also you can literally summon god.

Well, the GoWs are getting a "remaster" for the PS3 later this year. and GoW3 is slated for march next year. Yeah. I've never played any of the GoWs (was an xbox/pc man in the last console gen), but I'm thinking I might pick the 'new' versions up later this year, to see what the fuss is about. Well, watch the review yhatzee made. The games overall format is similar to Prince of Persias, go from point A to B using special powers and combat to overcome obstacles. But God of War is much more adult oriented (with breasts hanging out, and an off screen threeway. And then there's the ripping people in half thing). Very good design overall.

The biggest thing that people are worried about with steam and similar systems is the fact that if it's online system goes down do we have a guarantee that we still own those games. Honestly I'm willing to bet if that happens there'll be enough of a public outcry from the media and fans that SOMEBODY will step in and fix the games and basically hand out copies of the games to people. But this probably won't happen because the devs LOVE steam because they get more per unit sold on steam then they do on the ones sold at gamestop in a box (packaging costs etc).

Ill bet Eidos wont be laughing when thousands of legal PC users will experience the same deliberate glitch. It happened with Titan Quest, X3, Arma2 and every other game where they use a DRM that cripples the game in some way. While people using a proper cracked release wont experience it at all because it has been removed during the hacking&cracking. ..not to mention all the kids out there with hacked 360's that have played it for weeks without a hitch. I'm guessing they are going to have a "release day patch" that gamers will get in order to remove the glitch. But I figure this won't have the same problem as titans quest specifically because it was brought out in the open that the paying customers won't get the wrong idea.

There's a new ratchet on the horizon, but probably your best bet would be to go digging through ye olde PSN for something. There isn't much on the PSN that I've heard of but still. the old platformer of "you have no weapons but must get from point a to b" is pretty much dead. If you've got a ps2 laying around, I'd suggest Ratchet and Clank, Jack and Daxter, Sly Cooper, Prince of Persia series, and god of war (to a lesser extent for the platforming). or just hit the XBLA/Wii shopping for some classics from back in the day.

I would laugh if the movie turned out to be better than the game.

I don't know mages that well, but I think the big thing is the crit rating. Mage crits are HUGE under certain circumstances. it all comes down to personal preference honestly. Also the Tier set gives you the bonus that'll boost your dps more overall than if you just went with what the site said. I've never really gone with what websites say about gear. I've usually gone with my gut.

$800. Engine was shot. I bought a rebuild kit and a new carbuerator and 4 new tires for $500 so all told I had $1300 in it by the time it was drivable. My dad and I did all the work. Whatever I know about auto mechanics today I learned from him. My point was mainly that for comparable money he'd get something probably in the same ballpark in terms of workability, but he probably couldn't rebuild his car because of all the tech that's in there now a days.

Then they get the idea in their head that they can have anything they want but that's wrong and they need to be hit in the face. You get what you can take which is why I haven't killed myself for the two horrible jalopies that were handed down to me over the years. I do however get to pick my next vehicle and I'm basically just biding my time until something worthwhile comes along or the piece that I'm driving now falls apart and I'm forced to get a new vehicle. regardless, grats awsomness. Welcome to complete and utter slavery to your vehicle and of course the overly frightening experience of "blank driving" where your brain turns off and 15 minutes later you arrive at your destination with little or no recollection of the time spent operating your vehicle and the countless lives that you've likely endangered. Well they had a trailer that they had to pull down for reasons mentioned above. Within we learned a few things, the game takes place before 3050 (the clan invasion) so no thors or madcats for the population. Also the trailer had an Atlas, Jenner, and Warhammer within.
