Good for you. BMW's are fine automobiles. If I had the money for a brand-new car, I'd likely buy a BMW or a Toyota.

Baldur's Gate and Planescape Torment are as different as two games can possibly be while still using the same mechanics and engine. I don't see why anyone would even try to compare the two.

Romance Poll: More than two

I think there should be some hot, deadly Falleen romance. -

That was Bioware's plan for KOTOR:1. That doesn't mean it's a plan of Obsidian for KOTOR:TSL. -

The game needs variety in aliens first and foremost. -
I'm all about Mecha-Iron-Chef with surprise death-ninjas. Now there is a show I'd watch.

He seems to be friends with her. I have no qualms with that. -
If so, I missed it. I read theforce.net

When I played a Guardian, I put all my skill points into Persuade. You didn't need any other skills. You could heal yourself (like combat was a challenge anyways) with the Force. Other party members handled demolition and computer skills if I so desired. I never needed to repair droids for back-up. I could bash any lock. So I had persuade maxed.

I tire of Tantooine. But don't take it out on the Tusken Raiders and Jawas.

I'd certainly like to see a Force Pull at the very least.

"The preacher of tolerance has lost his; most interesting indeed." Much better. -
They're setting up refineries in Iraq, because that's part of the rebuilding process. Saddam blew up most of his oil refineries, and the economy in Iraq is dependent on their ability to sell oil. That doesn't mean we're stealing oil. We built car factories in Germany after WWII, that doesn't mean the US owns BMW.

Can't say that I have. My favorite periods of history are the cold war, and 15th century Japan. Saddam calls for jihad Saddam talks about God and US invasion These weren't the links I was looking for. I was looking for the speech right before the war. Hrm.

I loved the Daily Show. I watched it years before Jon Stewart. I liked Craig Kilborn better. I've seen it with Jon Stewart, and he's pretty funny. However, that show, like SNL is horribly liberal. I don't mind political humor, but I think you should make fun of both sides more.

However, NWN nights was on several CD's. Wizardy was on several CD's. Dungeon Siege was on several CD's. When floppies were the thing, developers only put as much content in the game as they could cram on a number of floppies. Content was actual minimized due to media storage. Eventually, that wasn't an issue with CD-ROMs. And now we're getting to the point where only so much content can fit on two CD's. By jumping to DVD-ROM's, you can fit considerably more on one or two discs. It opens up much more growth potential.

Hrm. Why does everyone come back to oil? We haven't taken any oil from Iraq. Instead we've pumped billions of US dollars into Iraq. And we're spending billions on new fuel sources. I hate how people propogate this common assumption rather than pay any attention to facts.

Grr. Here's a huge waste of my time, but I'm game. I include this quote because it's indicative of talking down to people, and questioning their education. Here you rip the American education system and assume that Americans don't know anything about history. Again you rip Americans in general. Again, you rip Americans in general. You could have gone the route of talking about our government, but here again, you talk about all Americans. Are there are differences between civilians accidentally killed in friendly fire, and those intentionally murdered. Intent does matter to most people. America hasn't demanded anything out of the whole world since the Monroe doctrine. Once again, you editorialize and demonstrate your hatred towards America. Are you seeing a trend yet? Your avatar sends a constant message. And I'm reading it. You wanted to see how "often" you bash on Americans. Well, we both talk about a variety of subjects. However, I haven't seen a single conversation that branced to the US where you didn't make a slam on Americans in general, and their education. I'd say that qualifies as often. Who's the liar? You also have demonstrated a trend of making personal attacks rather than informed debates. And you also have a tendency to talk down to people, patronizing them at every opportunity. Leaving out personal attacks you made on me, I've got you saying: Many people have cited the way you've needlessly flamed people. You accuse everyone else of being an idiot, and childish. I loved your chess/football analogy where you blamed your behavior on everyone else. That was priceless. Ever hear of personal accoutability? I also found this humorous, looking back. You said: Some comments of yours, I just don't know... How did this relate to a discussion on China? Is this supposed to be a slam on the United States? Yet for all your hang-ups on education, you seem to have no qualms supporting Moore despite the fact that easily verifiable facts show that he lies and has no consideration for objectivity. Anyone who questions him however is a right-wing extremist. Well, your other posts would say otherwise. Personally I take this quote, as well as your last quote as a staunch denail of your behavior. I forgot about this one. Before the US moved into Iraq, Saddam declared Jihad on the US and called all good Muslims to attack us. Iraq declared war officially on the US a few days before we moved in. I also loved who you repeatedly called me names until I provided you with links originally. And since the fourth link was a joke, that was the only link you responded to. The other links you never talked about. You resorted to calling me more names, and talking about dump American tontests. Apparently, that's your idea of debate. I also LOVE every time you say and then blast other people for watching Fox News. I sure don't watch that trash, but it's nice to know you did. Let me add "hyprocrite" to my list of reasons why I shouldn't waste my time with your comments any more.

DVD drives have been around for what, 7 years? And DVD drives are down to $35. How much longer should you have to wait? There is no reason NOT to release the game on both formats.

The whole board isn't fighting over her. Other people choose to post on other topics. -
I have the quote in my Questions to the Devs take 2 post. FU said it. And while they right remove the level cap, there still is a defacto level cap. There is only so much xp to gain in the game. And the few monsters that spawn offer very little in the ways of xp. Once you get to level 30, it would take such an insane ammount of 250 xp kills to hit level 31 that it might as well be impossible.

If you never release media on DVD's, people will never switch over.

The droid that nobody suspects...

There will be a level cap. It's just a matter of whether or not it's a hard cap.
