  1. Here is my opinoin concerning Love: Love is an instinct propeleld by ignorance into "emotions", which are essentially complex instincts. Instincts may lead to rash decisions. Thus, love must be restrained. Of course I don't believe in love, kidness, joy, etc. There is only greed. Well, that and the ancient Jedi Masters are jealous of their younger companoins, who can still land a date.
  2. I believe that there should have been an excessivley difficult tomb holding ancient and ultra-powerful relics that, unlike the randomly spawning crap (like Freedon nadd's blaster, which I also encountered on Malachor Trayus Academy) would be utterly unique. However, the battles would be VERY difficult (though the Xp would be excellent).
  3. Mira is EASY to influence. In my case she always becomes a jedi once I have completed Nar Shadda. Mira is the easiest individual to turn. Influencing her is also VERY easy. I had no trouble with her whatsoever. Bao-DUr may also become a jedi, but due to an utter lack of convo optoins its difficult to onfluence him (I believe you must travel to certain locations ,perform activties, etc.) The disciple may also become ajedi, but I never play Female so I wouldn't know how.
  4. The final Danttoine sequence embodies the fall of the game. The intial portions are decent and semi-emotional, but it soon becmes rather peculair and contorted, Kavar and Zez-kie-whatever agreed with your decision and had some compunction about exiling you, so why do they jus automatically side with Vrook, especially if you've been utterly LS for the entire game?
  5. I've had massive influence with Visas and The Handmaiden and I still cannot accquire the conversation. I've played through it twice, with the same influence and still the Hk-47 love convo. won't intiate. Do you require high influence w/ HK, since I've reallly been pro-peace/justified violence, which HK doesn;t take to.
  6. If you walk to the edge of the Valley of The Dark Lords, you will notice numerous tombs sprawling out before you. In my opinoin, you should have landed in a differnet area, explored surafce tombs, and then fallen into an abandoned excavation site, where you woukld discover the true tombs of the greatest of the Sith Lord (For instance, Naga Sadows wasn't truly buried at surface level, his true tomb is deep in th earth). There you would have encountered numerous DS beasts and illlusions and fallen jedi, and conversed with the fallen lords. Finally, you would have emrged into the valley via a tomb or an excavation sight, and would have an opportunity to explore several tombs, the shyrack cave, and perhaps the Czerka site (just for nostalgia).
  7. The Kotor2 Space Suit was DISTURBING. WHen you accelerate you appear to have bowel syndrome. And the Kotor2 ending could potentiallly have been far surperior to Kotor1 had it not been rushed.... I prefer the influence quests, the character quests where BUGGY. On every playthrough at least one didn't activate, or I recieved no journal netries (On my first playthrough it was Carth's son, with the former, on the 2nd Mission's brother with the latter).
  8. I was an LS male twice in a row (ultimate LS by the time HK-47 was active) and I never recieved the conversation. And I checked all of Hk's conversation paths.
  9. You don't even need a crystal. Just get the fixtures. If you have a crystal, you can choose balde color premeptively, but that's it. I believe you have a bug.
  10. TTo respind to Tmp. I didn't grind. I didn't use exploits. Some quests where unfinished. I reallly don't see how it's possible to be only in your lower 20's and still do all quests. When I grind, I get aorund level 30.
  11. I went through the game without using a single stim. During Kotor1 my Lightsaber-focused character was udnerpowered (other than in DEX) so during the endagme I utilized 1 of all my stimulants.
  12. As for the comment concerning kill....... Luke utilized force choke on Gamorrean in Return of the Jedi, so I guess he's a SIth lord Now. I reccomend a Sentinel/Watchman (LS) or COnsular/SithLord (DS) The sntinel is balanced in force and comabt, allowing him to utilize plenty of bufffs, healing abilities, and still obliterate hostiles in lightsaber/standard comabt. The DS Force Powers are extremely pwoerful. However, LS stat boosts (+3 CON. for sentinel/watchman) are betetr than the DS boosts, since stat boost provide bonuses toa variety of abilities, whilst the "direct" boosts for DS only provide bonuses for 1 ability (+50 FP if you're a DS consular/sithlord).
  13. Well, you always could attain max level via a bug exploit (such as the Hssisss in the tomb on Korriban) in order to accquire insanely unique, rare, and powerful items, though I usuallly get the Uber items even at level 29 or 30.
  14. Did you even accquire a lightsaber? What where your attributes and your most powerful item?
  15. Do you have force lightning or scream by anychance? WHile they are Ds, many LS plaers still select them. They are guarenteed to do damage, even if a succesful save is made. I also strongly reccomend you utilize force enlightenment. Finally, if you posssess an Ultima Pearl or Solari Crystal, alomng with any other itmes that boost atatck modifier and chnace to it, EQUIP IT!!!. Also, equip Jedi robes that boost physical attributes, such as Sylvar's Robe, or a Matukai Adept Robe (of course, these are very high level items, so you may not have found due to the fact that the random loot generator creates itmes appropriate for your level, usuallly). I also womder how you could only be level 25 by the endgame? I'm usually in proximity Level 30 (higher if I utilize the Hsisss exploit). Try to max out your strength, since it adds to chance to it and damage, though don't neglect Dex. (def) or Con. (health). ANd you could always lower the difficulty...
  16. I'm not sure if this has been mentioned previosuly, but have you noticed that one of the male charcater models (if you're LS, ate least) appears remarkably similair to the potentiallly nonexistant Christain religious figure, Jesus (just start a new game and scroll through the male char. options, I lack the patience and probably the bandwith as well, not to mention the sources, to post either image).
  17. I liked Pergaus. But there are certain, excessivley illogical portions, primarily concerning HK-50. FIrst of all, during the end of the tutorial HK-50 emerges from the burning EBon Hawk storage room and attacks T3-M4. But doesn't Hk-50 state that Hawk rescued you contraty to his expectations. Also, isn't HK-47 in that compartment. Wouldn't he bes utterly annihilated by HK-50. WHy didn't the Peragian miners discover HK-47. Finally, why doesn't SIon just enter Pergaus and kill you, Kreia, Atton, and HK-50. In fact, wouldn't SIon have destroyed HK-50 earlier? Another qualm I have with pergaus is the unskipable and rather irritating cutscenes. The only worlds I reallly hate dhwere Telos (transit to Telos mandatory, cannot defeat TSF, becomes very repetitive) and Malachor V (WTF is a STorm Beast, WTF are they doing on Malachor, WTF is a mass shadow generator, WTF does Kreia mean by "She (Mira) can discover locations best left secret (or something similair to that").
  18. But you cannot accquire normally. That's why it technically doesn'y exist in-game (excluding the original visas encounter aboard the Ebon Hawk).
  19. I believe the further back you go, the greater the power of the Dark Lords. Perhaps the ability of Humans (and galactic inhabitants in general) to wield the force is detierioating due to over-immersion (if you recall from K1, the Rakatans claimed that they where once powerful force users, but eventually their affinity for the force degraded until they could no longer utilize it).
  20. AHave you notcied that teh Assain stas are based on your own. I once had a char with excessively hight strenght and Con, and the Assains took FOREVER to kill, and hwere very powerful. On the other hand, I once had a charcater with ultra-low strength and Con, with a simialir level, and the Assasins where pushovers.
  21. Neither Bastila's Lightsaber or Visas's lightsaber exist. Visas's lightsaber is lsightly mor epowerful than a standard saber, i believe. She only uses it during your intial combat, though (afterwards you "break" it).
  22. I believe it's mentioned somewhere that all 3 endings occured, but nly where succesfull partially (I believe it was in a preview of IW). I know the JC-Helios merger didn't go as planned, but I doubt that would still obliterate global commonications. If it was a farce set by Helios-JC, then why didn't they antcipate and pre-emptively combat the physotic Knights Templar? ANd it's probabale that the merger-malfunction eventually barred JC from Illumianti activities. Fianlly, Dowd wouldn't have died from Gray Death (or else Tong would have as well), Tracer Tong remarks that he (along with Savage) is mass-producing a Gray-Death CUre (along with ambrosia, I believe, since tehcnically Ambrosia isn't a cure, it's a temporary treatment).
  23. Couldn't you install weights or mini-vibrobaldes onto the end of lightsabers, and then charge up the beam, thus appropriately balancing the weapon (though the blade may interfere with the beam). Of course, I doubt they would ever bother incorpoarting something as complex and pointless as this, so specualtion is pointless.
  24. In retrospect, i would probably try to follow Revan, but would accidentally utilize spice in sauce of some sort. After realizing it wasn't suitable for cooking, I would, being half-intoxicated, try to utilize it to power my ship, figuring that spice is necessary for space travel to occur. however, since this isn't Dune, I would probably crash on Korriban, wander into a random tomb, gain bizzzare powers, and emerge as the Dark, Spice-chewing Lord of the Sith!!!! Or I would just go insane and walk of a cliff.
  25. I've also noticed that you don't encounter "useless (atmosphere)" Npcs with the same appearance as yours. Man, Kotor2 is buggy.....
