Oops, sorry. I believe char models are overwriting eachother, or a copy of the primary char model is not premitted. In Ludo Kressh's tomb, you are suppsoed to encounter an illiusionary Dark Jedi next to illusionary Revan. The Dark Jedi is suppsoed to have a DS ver. of your primary char's skin. The first time with my char it was his skin (as in his portait, appearance, etc.), but the seocnd time the appearance was that of another of 1 of my character's (diff. main char). Also, I ecnountered Ratrin Vek. however, he didn't have the standard appearnce. He had the Jesus-ish appearnce (the one with all the facial hair). this may be due toi taht character having the same apperance that Vek usually has. Either way, it was very awkward, since the facial emotions didn't match the dialogue.

I have had too pecualir occurences within my agme in whcih character modles appaear to be overwriting eachother. The first was in Tulak horde's (forgotten) where a DS version of your char is suppsoed to be standing beside the Revan Ilussion. The first time it was a DS of my char (who looks like Jesus), but when I replayed the tomb with the same char, the DS image was actually of another (DS) char I had recenbtly started. This DS char was also a mal, but the skin with the scar and the thug-ish appearance (simialir to Ratrin Vek's). And hwne I encountered Ratrin Vek with my other, aformentioned DS char, he possesed the Jesus-ish skin (sorry, but there is really no other way to describe the facial features). I also encounetered several individuals on Onderon with the same Jesus-ish Skin, yet my previous character hadn't encountered those skins in hsi travels. Either files are overwriting eachother or being transfereed to incorrect locations, or the game prevents anyone with an appearnce equivilant to yours from appearing in-game. Can anyone clarify this?

Handmaiden: 3 reasons: A: I'm a Male. B: Personal Plot C: She's the best comabt npc (along with Atton). Give her heavy armor, the duelist feats, power attack, and you're set (and you can do this instantly, since she levels automatically. Until she becomes a jedi, she's utetrly unarmed and is is surperior to all otehr characters in melee (before I recieve a lightsaber she's approx. equal with me). The 2 NPC's I utilized most often are Atton and The Handmaiden, I don't really bother with anyone else. The Disciple doesn't sound as pwoerful as The Handmaiden, and you have to find a suitable weapon for him since he doesn't get free unarmed feats.

Zbrak, Echani (are they even a separate race), Human, Ithorian, and Twi'lek would probably be appropriate. Races like Gran, Rodian, Aqualish, and the like tend to be thugs, so we should probably just discard them. I'm not overly familiar with all the SW races, so I I'm sorrry if I didn't list you favorite race. I also believe you should be able to select your Homeworld, and your specififc race (Mandalorian, etc.) I also believe that you should be able to go rougue and randomly wander around the galaxy, searching for artifacts, randomly entering conflicts, erc. if factions where incorporated.

Technically it could be posssible, since his race is virtually unknown. Vandar was barely a character, and I agree that it is utetrly pointless to bring him back or even mention him.

Just let us select the godsbedamned gender and alignemnt, like in KOTOR2 but with a greater imapact on the story.

But he still wished to appear Evil, so he only inhibited his Dark Jedi-SKin condition. he lured bastila to the Dark Side by offering infimte Skin Lotion, allowing her to appear hot and become a dark-sider, which i guess is the dream of any female jedi with badly neglected stats.

Anyon and EVERYONE who followed Revan would be corrupted. Kreia mentions that Revan utilized the power of Malachor V to corrupt all the jedi with dark visiions, promises, etc. (save one, of course). I would follow the council's wishes, and then go into hiding, and would simply bide my time and hunt down renegade sith (since taking Revan would have been a wee bit too difficult).

Actually, you can just hide behind the bar (you begin just in front of it). They cannot reach you there. Or try another awaward and difficult to reach location, they usuually just end up standing around while you gun them down them with blasters.

You get the quest when the mechanic overhaers the droid calling you a jedi if you repair him, actually. I've neevr gotten the quest from Adare, only from the jedi-phobic mechanic. It never ends. Speaking of perpetual quests, does anyone know how to resolve Pazaak Den: Geredi (Nar Shadda) without forcing him to consent to lsoing via threatening, whcih is obviously DS. I've beaten him tiwc, and the Champ still won't appear.

So why can Kyle Katarn imemedailty weild a lightsaber like an expert in JK even though he lacks any jdei training whatsoever and randomly accquired the lightsabere from an old droid? And what about Luke, he has no force powers? And why are consulars so weak at lightsaber combat then, they have the strongest link to the force.

yes, forcepowers do. Visas (who was maximum LS for a NPC) utilized shock often and I found her LS notch ha dslipped one down. AFter perofrming an LS action or 2, it was agaian max. I don't other with offensive Forcepowers other thann destriy droid for mines, I prefer to invest points in strength, Dexterity, and Con, especially since I'm LS (who have a total of 2 forcepowers, and only 1 of them unique, since horror is essentially stun). As for the airpseeder glitch: I've never attamepted it, Its just a rumour, and I'm not sure if It's possible (I have PC version, and I didn't learn of the potential exploit until my 2nd char, and I forgot to attempt irt until after the Nar Shadda main quest, after which it's impossible).

So, anyone could technically practice and improve. I don't see why you need force powers and force sensitivity to utilize a lightsaber.

Or you can just Master Critical Strike and Master Flurry them into oblivion (which is what I plan to do, since I believe using force powers from the opposite alignment warps you alignment, at least in my expierience it does, though the shift is barley noticabel and I believe it happened only with Visas).

Why the hell do you need to be a jedi to utilize a lightsaber. In my opinion, you should be able to accquire a lightsaber if your are not a jedi, but theer would be level and skill requireemnts and you couldn't get a very high-lever profieciny. Also, I think all Kotors should have main chararcters as jedi. I would like to see a Kotor in which if you wheer evil you could control an entire fleet or faction, or if you where good be on the jedi council. Also, Jedi and the Force are really the only things that make SW stand out. I also agree with the bizzare turn of events in Jk. How does recovering a lightsaber make you a Jedi? You don't even recieve training! And I believe that the NPC sentinels are ill-balalnced. Sentinels can become very versatile and powerfu if you properly balance them.

I think the pre-force deafness Rakatans where the best since i know absolutley nothing about them other than that they ruled the galaxy utterlyy, and where uber-force-user. Perhaps the humans in SW will ever become utterly ignorant and immune to the forrce. It's already happening. kreia remarks that comapred to the old dark lords modern jedi would be "as children with toys" (this actually refers to lightsabers but you can infer that this also represents power). And that brings up another thought. Perhaps the Yuuzahn Vong (whom I know absolutley nothing about since I have'nt read the bookd concerning them, I juts know they aren't bound to the force) where once force-user who eventually lost it so utterlyt the force had no efefct on them. As for the uber dark lord from known times, I would say either Kreia, Nihilus or Sion. Kreia: Could manipulate Malachor to destroy the force utterly, was a seer. Nihilus: could annihilate entire planets by using only the force (that wimp Vader had to use a "Death Star") and could drain life anf force from everything. Sion: COuld respawn indefinetly. Thus, if Sidius defeated sion, he would keep popping back up until nothing was left of Sidius's forces, Nihilus would simply drain Sidius of life, Kreia could simply forsee the future (Kreia knw you would face and defeat her). Also, don't call Darth Jedi SIth. The SIth where a primitive race in the unknwon regoins enslaved by those who fled from the intial sundering of the force. The trues with where weak enough to be conquered by outcasts. I'm not p[recisley sure, But I believe you can get inf. XP the ultra-pianless way by continually resinserting the airaspeeder parts into the airspeeder on Nar Shadda (note: this is impossible after the Nar Shadda Main Quest, since the airspeeder is apparently "sabotaged" after the primary quest theer concludes).

I have a comment concerning the mercs atatcking other mercs on Dantooine: I think that's supposed to happpen if you gave Zherron's "go ahead" to that merc captain, he betrays Azkul along with some of his men.

Look, Kotort 2 was already short as it is. It was very short. The planets where ubnnderpopulated. Making it any shorter would have done even more damage. The game's engine, if it REALLY is new, has no apaprent differences from the original kotor's engine other than font size and the utterly useless 1st person mode. The 1st Kototrs engine was a heavily modfifed NWN (aurora engine). Developing a new engine had nothing to do with it. LA just rushed KOTOR2 for a pointless Christmas release, while instead they should've waited until the new SW movie was released (increased intrest in SW means more profits from KOTOR2, which means more profits for LA).
