You mean 34 out of 36........ When was TSpehen the Great (I'm not really a history or tactics buff).
-
Isn't 50 the level cap? All jedi (along with the Handmaiden) automatically accquire unarmed combat feats.

Bao-Dur ran out of convo options, I coudln't sympasize or gain influence, there was nothing to query him on. -
Yes, but if he's blasted direct;y and accuraetly by, say, a cpaitol class laser, I doubt that there would be anything left to reform, force or no......
-
Mandalore recieved all ranged feats (including precise shot), possesed a fully upgraded Zersium Rifle (if they are upgradable), and possessed fully modfifed armor, with the alacrity implant active, and he still sucked.

The whole "vibroblades disable sheilds" theory is obsolete. FIrst off, there are melee sheilds. 2nd: There are disruptor weapons, which convert matter into it's component compunds, thus rendering sheild irelevant and useless. ANd I believe that It is mentione dthat Ion weapons may also penetrate sheilds (which ould technicallly render Droidekas obsolete). Hell, why doesn't everyone just utilize rapid fire slugs. I would prefer an Uzi or assault rifle over a blaster anyday. (I doubt a jedi could defclect or nulllify a consistent sytream of bullets, and energy sheild couldn'y deflect them). VIbroblades (or melee weapons in general), as mentioned by Trask when you query him on the Ebon Spire are primarily utilized in close-quarters or jedi combat. Also, vibrobaldes may be utilized to train jedi, and sparring is an official sport. And, if you are an assain, you could kill a gaurd or target far more swiftly with a sword than with a blaster. EDIT: Damn you Microsoft word, you demolished the remnants of my once glorious aptitude for spelling!

You wouldn;t know when the freaking blade was active. Also, it wouyld be difficult to direct since lightsaber blades writhe and contort during combat, so you may not know the shape or location of your blade.

Has anyone considered Saul Karath? We know virtually nothing about him, but it is mentioned he was a rather brillaint and brave tactician, though I'm just stateing a point, not vouching for him. Revan fought the republic to strengthen it. As Kreia mentions numerous times, when a culture/individual is shown charity/peace, then they grow weak, their militaristic/physcal abil;ities degrade. A cultrue/indivdual requires conflict to militarstically and culturally (as in forming a true identity) mature. revan was strengthening the Republic, testing it, attempting to preapre it for otther threats (though his standards where a bit too high, sinc ethe republic had become a weakene dshell once the Jedi Civil War concluded).

I'm earnestly surprise dthat Sion has never been semi-decapitated at least once. Perhaps the force regrows his limb, or the force molds into his limbs.

Her back story was ok, but definetly not exceptional. HJowever, she is probably the best combatant in the game (she can kikc more ass unarmed than any of my other Npc's can w/ a weapon). Visas and Mandalore where pretty underdeveloped. Bao-Dur had virtually no conversation options, so I never deciphere dthe method of converting him into a jedi. -
If you dual weild ou may need more than just 2 or 3 parts.... ALso, there is a 3rd one on Nar Shadda. I know this due to the fact that on my first playthrough i ddin't do Vogga's Horde, yet I still accquired 2 lightsaber (built, and one from Lootra) on Nar Shadda. I think it's the quest to destroy the swoop-droid.

Star Maps Or Jedi Masters
Andkat replied to Bastilla_Skywalker's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
I want a story, But I am VERY tired of colelcting "4" of everything. I don't want to freaking collect items. I want more missions similair to the Onderon civil war, but with numerous factions. I want to truly impact the galaxy. SUre there could be 1 or 2 uber artifacts found in SIth Tombs or Temples, but they would supplement the player (and thus, potentially, the plot) rather than be collected for a special and probably pointless purpose. I want an innovative plot, not just another rehash of NWN's first chapter (which featured collecting 4 items to create a plague cure), or Sotu's (find 4 artifacts that have been lost/stolen for whatever purpose), or Kotor (find 4 starmaps to locate a starforge), or Kotor2 (find 4 jedi masters so Kreia can randomly execute them. Or you may execute them). If it is a "collect crap" main qjuest, then at least make the "crap" innovative, I.E. not just 4 "starmaps" make the artifacts/organisms varied/ For example, after colelcting 4 starmaps you would have to find an interpreter, and then accquire passage to the system, etc. -
ARe they actually opoulated? Are there any items or containers?

Same with LS. WHy would would a maximum-LS Mira wonder what the bounty on my head currently was?

Forum affecting opinion of KOTOR 2?
Andkat replied to Slink Saberknocker's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Not to mention the massivley improved items. You can now actually select item upgrades rather than having predefined bonuses. There are greater quantitie sof upgradable armor and weapons, and, in the case of lightsabers, a greater quantity of upgrade slots. Jedi robes are now actuallly possess palpable benefits, as opposed to the prior game (excluding the Qel-Droma, Starforge, and Darth Revan's Robes). -
They appear to be operating the brdige. WIth Swords..... 9they are probably barely sentinent due to Nihilus.

That whole cutscene was logically cut. It was unrealistic. Here is my version: *Sion tortures Atton* *ATton suses medpac* Atton: Toss thermal detonater. Sion: Refelx save: Failure Sion: Stunned Atton: CRitical Hit, 100 damge SIon: Stunned Atton: whale son SIon till he recovers, and continues obliterating him, occasionallly activating medpcas or stims. Now that's the Kotor-engine version. Excpet that I don't bother w/ combat readouts and mechanics, so unfortunetly I couldn't go in-depth and present Sion and Atton's precise saves. Oh, and speaking of SIon, anyone ever wonder how he would regenerate if someone shoved a thermal detonater down his gullet or vaporized him with a turbolaser?

The "wanted criminals" quest is the buggiest quest in the game. SOmetimes they don't appear at Czerka, sometimes they don't appear at the Restoration zone (they appear very early, just after your intial batch of mercs, they replace the 3 mercs on the descending path by the mines). Always accquire this quest just prior to departing for the restoration zone, and awlays save your game prior to intiating it, just in case it malfunctions. Who cares about DS companions, their alugnment affects NOTHING other than ability to utilize forcepwoers. Also, if you're DS, why do you possesss Mira? DS characters get Hanharr.

Their appearnace is consistently similair to that of an albino, though yes, they are technically not ALbinos (they all possess white hair and very white skin, whilst Kreia possess standard or grey skin (dpedning on alignment).
-
I like his personality, but he's useless combat wise. Dual-weilding Ranged pistols are far more accurate, powerful , and efficeint, and lightsabers are surperior for melee. In fact, my 2 consistent partymember where The Handmaiden (maxed out Lightsaber and Dueling abilities w/ a lightsaber) and Atton (armed with dual pistols, even though he's a jedi). I rarely utilized Cnaderous in Kotor1, and I rarely utilized Mandalore in Kotor2.
-
DO the West Cells and Meditation CHamber in the Trayus Proving Grounds actually exist, or are their labels just remnanats of an earlier, scrapped version of Trayus Academy?
-
The Handmaiden and her half-sisters are all albinos, Kreia isn't.

Star Maps Or Jedi Masters

They both sucked. They where all derivative of NWN's first chapter. As was SOTU. I'm tired of collecting for damned organisms or items. It is becoming VERY repetitive, why cannot the next Kotor break the mold and actually offer an INTERESTING mid-game main quest. ANd speaking odf that, the last 2 games have had virtually the smae structure. I want something new. I don't want to collect 4 godsbedamned artifacts, organisms, starships, keys. barrels of moonshine, Doomsday Devices, or digital codes! -
There is also another inaccesible door in the Imperial Palace on Onderon, and I beleive that there are 1 or 2 in other locations as well.

Like: Visas (plot), Handmaiden (plot) Atton (sarcasm) HK-47 (semi-phycotic) Mandalore/Canderous (warped yet intriguing sense of honor) Bao-Dur (serious, though very underdeveloped) GO-TO (though only his voice acting), Remote (funny), Jolee (tales are hilarious) T3-M4 (same reason as Remote), Kreia (dark, mysterious, cryptic) Indifferent: Mira Zaalbaar Mission Hanharr (never accquired him, plan to soon w/ new DS char) Hate: Juhani (whiner, annoying) Bastila (pompous, arrogant, weird premature romance) Carth (whiner)
