And what makes you so sure that he will play a large role? why would Obsidian spend so much time implementing a system where various questions are asked about how the previous game played through unless they intended to have Revan play a significant role? It doesn't make sense to allow the player to describe the events of the first game if Revan won't even have a major part in it.

i don't really get the point of this thread. can someone translate into english what the original poster is trying to complain about? As far as I can tell, the prestige classes will work in the same way that the Jedi classes from the first game did. For example, I'm sure there might be special bonuses or whatever if you select a specific prestige class depending on your class. But I'm pretty sure Obsidian's going to allow you to choose any prestige class you want, regardless of what starting Jedi class you choose.

I loved the first game. And so far everything that's been released has given me indication that it'll surpass the first game. So obviously I voted for liking everything.

Are you saying that Revan IS going to be a main part of the game play? I didn't mean the revan story I mean having revan as a NPC or as a main boss or anysuch thing like that. this poll asked if Revan was going to play a big part in the story. it didn't ask if he was going to be an NPC. thus, if people are hoping Revan isn't involved in the story in a big way, they're going to be very disappointed.

I kinda like "Rise of the Empire" better. Or even, "Rise of the Sith".

Probably Sentinel. Then Consular. Then Guardian. It's the prestige classes I'm interested in seeing implemented most, though.

hardest part for me first time through the game was the endless wave of dark jedi and sith apprentices on the star forge. and like other people have said, made even more difficult when one or more of my party would decide to go running off and "trigger" more enemies while i was still trying to kill the current ones.

Sorry, but i fully DONT agree with you. If you want to advance in the story read a book. If YOU want to MAKE the story, then play games. If YOU want to have a strong charcater, play RPGs. Thats the point, by me. I think something was lost in the translation...I don't think that's what JM meant.

I'm gonna vote for NO endings. What happens is you're sent on an endless quest and the game just never ends. Take THAT! (2:15 am here, gimme a break)

I picked defense bonus because i thought that was one of the coolest things in the first game, deflecting blaster bolts back at the enemy.

I must have really low standards compared to most people on here. Because I actually loved KOTOR. It was the first game in a LONG time that I've actually played through more than one time.

Devs, here's a question for you. there's been speculation that there will be a KOTOR 3 (or 4, 5, 6, etc). as the current developer, would you guys know ahead of time if LA plans on continuing the series? my question isn't necessarily asking you to say whether there will or won't be a third game, but rather, in a yes or no answer, do YOU guys know whether there are further games planned?

Maybe Obsidian isn't as anal about it as Bioware was? As far as I recall, Bioware locked threads asking for links to any mods, probably because they didn't want to deal with people complaining that a mod had crashed their game and want Bioware to fix it.
