The robes in K2 were a HUGE upgrade over the K1 robes. I think you're the first person to think otherwise. Even people that hated K2 and complain endlessly about its bugs and plotholes admit the robes were an upgrade.

Correction: Eric Lindros pre-concussions was awesome. The Eric Lindros that you see play the past 3 or 4 seasons has been mediocre at best (in comparison to other NHLers, not in comparison to say, my hockey skills).

Would you want that in place of the tutorial? Or as part of the actual story? If it's the former, then I wouldn't mind as much. If it's the latter, then it had better make sense in context of the story.

That would absolutely suck in a RPG. Maybe if it was a once-in-a-blue-moon chance, but not a regular occurance.

The thing I hate about Cherry is he's got a double standard that's annoying. If he likes a player, that player can do absolutely no wrong. But if he hates a player, then he picks apart every little thing the player does and bashes him. Case in point, he loves Eric Lindros, dislikes Sidney Crosby. So everything Crosby does is being a showboat or show off, but Eric and his crazy parents are immune to his tirades.

I'm definitely not pro K2 but if you look very carefully as someone before told me (yep, I used to think "huh" about this point too), you see that the remote drops and rolls into/through the floor, which is why it looks just like a piece of remote debris. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Akari explained that one. It wasn't a story plot hole but rather a graphical glitch that you described. I know I'm just repeating your explanation, but I'm also adding that it was officially stated by a Dev that it was in fact only a graphical issue as opposed to some oversight in storytelling.
