As awful as MW was it was MUCH better than DF. I'm sorry, any game with flying rats (who arne't intended to be flying rats) and having the same town and the same exact quests all over the palce along with the same dungeons and pretending they're different is piss poor. MW had the same problems; but not to the same degree.

I think the graphics definitely better than Oblivion's. And, the Gothic series while I didn't much like it, at least unlike the ES series has some positive aspects that I might actually give G3 a chance to impress me AND actually pay full price for it.

I didn't know role-playing meant exchanging words with npcs roboticcally. Freedom to move is a GOOD thing. Freedom to move in an empty, barren, boring, and lifeless world is a BAD thing. Anyone who has played pnp LOVES freedom. MW isn't freedom nor isn't role-playing UNLESS you love having the freedom to role-play being bored.

Bah. JE2 gonna be on x-bpox 2. I won't be afford no matter how desperate I may be to pay 1 million dollars for a console no matter how good it looks... That said, I wodner if x-box2 (err.. xbox 360) will be able to play x-box 1 games. It better.

Yes. I don't think they're counting the epxansions if you bought them sperately though. I've just heard 2 million as the magical number everywhere... But, they do count the Gold/Plat editions.. anything that includes the main game. Afterall, if you own an expansion you own the main game... at least I hope so... or what's the point?

I'm sure there's soemthing planned for NWN2 at E3. Afterall, the game is gonna be released supposedly sometime before the middle of next year. I'm sure Obsidian and Atari can at least scrape up, at minimum, a short video and likely a demo... Afterall, Atari is gonna wanna hype thier sequel to the SUPER HIT OF 2002 NWN!! WOO HOO!

It was more fun. :cool: It being set as RT by 'default' proves nothing. It was meant to be played as the player sees fit. Going by your logic, BG was meant with the PC being armed with just a quarterstaff... or FO2 with a spear...

Heh. It's actually called Limited Edition. Anyways, while it's pre-orders; many stores ordered ONLY the Limited Edition so at least until those copies run out everyone gets LE. That said, once they do, no more LE. Ever. Hence, Limited Edition.

The IE (and NWN and KOTOR series) are NEITHER TB OR RT. Why is it an either/or thing with people?

You get an extra character model, a variant of the staff weapon stype, and a 'Making Of' video. Price is the same. Ghost, I'll be rudely frank. Anyone who completed this game in less than 20 hours obviously wer ejust playing it for the sole purpose of bragging that they beat the game. If you take your time to at least read and understand the dialogue/story, take part ina reasonable amount of side quests, and don't rush around like a chicken with your head cut off; it should take at least 20 hours minimum. It took me about 28 hours. You have no worries. By your calcualtions, I forsee you playing the game for 24-26 hours.

That's chapter 2. You are still a long way's off as ch3 is HUGE.
