I seriosuly doubt Isreal's offensive was menat to destroy Lebanon nor did it even come close to that. P.S. That doesn't mean I'm making like of the deaths themselves. "annoying, isnt it?" No, actually, it isn't. P.S. No matter how blue your face gets, the FO series plots are basically copycats of each other. It's so obvious. In fact, that's my biggest beef with FO2 (outside of it having its share of bugs) is that it's story rips off it's prequel.

1984 is a good book. It also had good points. however, it is a book of fiction. It is also describing a 'worst case scenario' situation. Going by memory (as it's been awhile); but that should not be sued as some prime evidence why a contorlling gov't is bad. Heck, it's best to point to real world situations where controlling gov't = bad. As for the issue: I'm 50-50. I value freedom big time, and I don't think the gov't should be listening on my sex talk conversations. That's just not right! But, if they need to jerk off while I';m doing it over the phone to save 2000 lives; be my guest. Within reason. they shouldn't moniotr random joe blow; but actual suspects (how to determine them is a whole 'nother issue) are free game.,

Called shots are awesome. Sure, a groin called shot would be cool; BUT instead of removingc alled shots (arms and legs) in NWN2; Obsidian should add two known as called shot (groin) , and called shots (head). Called shots add to combat options. now, warriors aregonna be even more boring with good 'ol fashion simple, plain attacks. *yawn*

The Iran Nuclear Issue, and the US reaction to it does not exist in a vaccuum nor is it a new one. Ignoring the rest of the world's part in the drama paints only part of the picture which means any point one makes is not useful.

"Because the BA is batty." Weird. Why blame the BA for this? You think they're the only US administration, or heck world gov't who opposes Iran's push for nuclear weaponry? They aren't. And, there are many reasons why countries - including most of Europe - oppose Iran's push for nuclear weapons. To try to lay the blame on the BA alone over this issue is shortsighted. I sure as heck rather not see a country whose montra is 'wipe out Isreal' and 'the holocaust didn't happen' have nuclear weapons.... WOWSERS!

PC version. Though, like I emntioned, they do have an unnaounced next gen console game AND MS has already officially stated the existence of a JE2 (though BIO hasn't confirmed0. PRDICTION: I bet they're waiting for the PC version of JE1 to come out. If that makes enough money, they'll likely shortly after announce JE2 for both PC and xbox 360. If not, they'll just announce JE2 for xbox 360. Or just xbox 360 no matter how well it does. I don't see they seem trying to pimp a sequel to a game that has yet to come out in all versions...

"I don't know but I hear a lot more about ME than DA." ME is due out late this year, or early next year. DA is due out late next year or early 2008. That's why ME is getting more media attention. Anyone who is silly enough to believe that DA is 'vapourware', or is BIO's last PC game knows very little. It wasn't shown at E3 for the obvious reasons a) it's not ready to have more revelations, and b) BIo wanted to focus on the games coming out soon (ME and JE). I don't see much media hype for the MMORPG or the 2nd console game either. BIO has no reason to announce DA just for it go vapourware. They gain nothing from that. And, if they were planning to abandon the PC as you proclaim, why are they doing the following: 1. Making DA 2. Making JE PC 3. Making a MMORPG which is like 99% likely a PC game 4. Still patching NWN1 despite NWN2 coming out in 2 months Hmm.. Your logic is illogical...

Nope. Didn't get this survey. I got one awhile back; but it was about the digital store... As for them making a hand held game... hmm... "Maybe Dragon Age will be the last dedicated PC game they do, if it is still being worked on." It's called branching out. It's what successful companies do when they grow...

Teams try to get players as cheaply a spossible. Players try to get as money as possible. If they don't think he's worth what he wants then don't pay him, let him go to to Russia. Or, better yet, have the balls and the morals to release him outright.. I think the entire idea of 'restricted free agent' dumb. If you don't want their service of the player, and can't trade him ( i think trades are dumb (but fun); but that's a whole 'nother issue) then just release him. But, teams ALL about controlling players; not employing them.

What you post are examples of exemptions; not the rule. "Obsidian doesn't have that level of financing that Bioware had when NWN 1 was released." Meh. They may not be at BIo's level; but I wish people would stop [pretending Obsidian some newbie company in the por hourse. By now, the number of employees they have is I believe at least around 100 (and growing). They are not a small company anymore. They likely made a fairly helathy profit off of KOTOR2 so i doubt they are still poor now. Let's stop pretending otherwise. "I was under the impression that Bioware only started financing patches after the plug was pulled on NWN by Atari." Nope. The premium modules paid for the patches.
