So... no reactivity to garrote paladin/priest of woedica in Oswald's trial encounter
InsaneCommander replied to brunachos's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Stories (Spoiler Warning!)When you say it is already in the game, is it used somewhere else or is it included in that dialogue but not available?

So... no reactivity to garrote paladin/priest of woedica in Oswald's trial encounter
InsaneCommander replied to brunachos's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Stories (Spoiler Warning!)I will play as a Woedica Templar one day. And when I do it, I'll just assume that my character demanded something and the others there didn't like his tone. There can be fights even among people in the same order. Maybe my character was supposed to obey the local Priests/Paladins (especially if they are higher in the hierarchy), but

TV's Vast Wasteland
Their movies can get repetitive. Deadpool 2 is an example of a different movie and is one of the best in my opinion.

What would you like for an hypotetical PoE3?
InsaneCommander replied to juanval's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)Make it a Soulpunk Airship. That is it. No more ship battles for those who didn't like it. Except for a few special events, including flying monsters.

Request: Add Master Slaver Ships
InsaneCommander replied to Purudaya's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)We also need "slaves" as loot. You could sell them in Crookspur or release them for a bonus reputation with the Huana or whoever was there.

The incredible water-breathing pig and other silly observations
InsaneCommander replied to hollerer's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)It's like choosing a Deceptive dialogue option when you are alone with your companions and an npc you kill roght after the conversation. How can you get reputation from this? The only possible explanation is that someone in your party is gossiping everywhere and telling your secrets. Since it happens in PoE1 and 2, it could be one of the returning companions. Aloth can be secretive and Pallegina doesn't suit this. It's Eder. He is to blame.

Why is Naval combat so broken?
InsaneCommander replied to Soybeanarson's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)Yeah it implies that you will encounter the Kraken at some point. I have no idea if it actually happens and don't want anyone to spoil it here! No spoilers here. I'll just say that when I started Deadfire I had that PoE1 book in mind (Monsters of the Deadfire Archipelago). The Polpovir looked particularly interesting.

What would you like for an hypotetical PoE3?
InsaneCommander replied to juanval's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)Let's see something different next time. Even Aedyr would count. Old Vailia is probably similar to the Republics and we saw their pirates in Deadfire. Living Lands would be ideal. Forgotten Sanctum spoilers:

TV's Vast Wasteland
Captain Marvel is more Sci-Fi so I'll definitely watch it in theaters. Avengers 4 is a must watch too. But I don't know about the others. Maybe Shazam because my nephew wants to see it and his parents don't like super hero movies. The rest I can wait. Although I'm curious about Glass.

TV's Vast Wasteland
It will definitely compete with those shows. So they better make something pretty good. Imho it's getting better. I liked most recent Marvel movies much more than the first ones. As long as they can produce good things, I'll probably keep watching. And I don't think people will get tired of super heroes. There are some genres that have been on tv for decades and they don't lose viewers.

The incredible water-breathing pig and other silly observations
InsaneCommander replied to hollerer's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)I did it once. I also changed clothes for anyone not using armor in the beginning of the game, but I stopped bothering quickly. There are some nice Principi clothes.

Why is Naval combat so broken?
InsaneCommander replied to Soybeanarson's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)I think there is more money in the main quest line. I avoided it and the only time I was swimming in money was after I reached level 19. I had sunk every boat in the map long before that, so I never bothered buying another ship (although I had a Galleon since the time I could buy it).

So... no reactivity to garrote paladin/priest of woedica in Oswald's trial encounter
InsaneCommander replied to brunachos's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Stories (Spoiler Warning!)Sad, but understandable. I still prefer to have these classes without reactivity than not having them at all, or even with a mod.

Who knows, maybe that is the answer to the Fermi Paradox. Every civilization eventually destroys their home planet with a particle accelerator. Or their universe.

Why is Naval combat so broken?
InsaneCommander replied to Soybeanarson's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)If you keep another ship, then you have to send another crew over there. Who knows how loyal they really are... Although it would be cool if you could man more ships and get some extra profit, pursue deserters, increase your influence with the Principi, etc.

Why is Naval combat so broken?
InsaneCommander replied to Soybeanarson's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)Eh? What's this about "the window to choose negotiate, board?" I might be missing something in the beta patch notes. This. Also, they said Josh Sawyer was working on improving the ship battles. Edit: Mentioned in an interview here.

Why is Naval combat so broken?
InsaneCommander replied to Soybeanarson's topic in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)Does anyone know if they are introducing significant changes with the new patch? Or is it only the window to choose negotiate, board, etc?
