  6. Hi there, According to your DxDiag you are playing on an integrated graphics chip. This is below our minimum specifications and you will experience slow downs, crashes, etc. Typically turning down the graphics settings will help, but go ahead and verify your install and get back to us. Steam: Right click on the title > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. GoG: On the games page, Options > Repair Installation. Thanks for your support.
  7. Hi there, In one of our recent patches an issue was fixed where you were able to assign hotkeys that were already bound to functions. By default the E key is bound to Take All and therefore cannot be used as a hotkey. If you wish to unbind the Take All function in the games options you can use that key as a hotkey again. Thanks for your support.

  16. Hi there, For 32-Bit Machines There are reports of reporting crashing when on 32-bit machines. We are aware of the issue. This issue did come up on Wasteland 2, as well as other Unity projects, and a workaround was discovered by their fans: here You can change your system settings on your computer to increase RAM used by a single application. However, there are inherent risks involved when changing settings involving your operating system and any attempts to change your system settings will be at your own risk. Obsidian is not liable for any issues that might occur with those settings. In the future, please read the pinned topics at the top of the forum before posting as to not spam with repeat posts. Thanks for your support.
  17. Hi there, If you have been playing in offline mode for a while you could have missed a patch that we have pushed live. Can you please check what the version number of your build is on the main menu? It will be at the bottom left hand corner of the screen. I have verified the live public version of the game and can guarantee you that the 2.02 patch has not been pushed out to the live branch. If your version number is off from what live should be, and you have somehow accidentally opted in to the beta branch you can easily opt out again by right clicking on the title in your steam library, going to the betas tab and in the drop down menu selecting "NONE - Opt out of all beta programs." Doing so will redownload the live branch of the game if you are not on the correct build. Thanks and have a nice day.
  18. Hi there, Save games for Pillars are located at: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Saved Games\Pillars of Eternity. Are you playing on Steam? If so please turn off Steam Cloud Sync and report back.

  22. Hi there, I took a look at your DxDiag and you are running a 32bit machine, this is technically below our minimum requirements and you will experience crashing. This is a known Unity issue, however there is a work around that can be found here. You can change your system settings on your computer to increase RAM used by a single application. However, there are inherent risks involved when changing settings involving your operating system and any attempts to change your system settings will be at your own risk. Obsidian is not liable for any issues that might occur with those settings. In the future, please read the stickies before posting so we don't keep getting repeat posts. Thanks for your support.
  23. Hi there, Valewood is one of, if not the only small outdoor scene like that and the map will not stretch to the sides of the map UI panel, this is intended. This also happens indoors but you don't notice it because there isn't defined boundaries to a scene. Thanks for your support.
  24. Hi there, No, we do not have any plans to implement something like that. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your support.
  25. Hey guys, this is an issue we are aware of and the team is working on a fix for the caster centered spells/abilities. A workaround can be found here: http://forums.obsidi...eturning-storm/ Thanks for your support.
