  1. Take a look. Personally, the box-set looks way too polished and plastic. They should've chosen a more retro look like the old posters to give more nostalgia-feel to it.
  2. I did a search and ended up with this: http://forums.obsidianent.com/index.php?sh...0nihilus&st=100
  3. ....and done. It's good to watch a trailer that doesn't make your eyes bleed One can wonder from where they got the releasedate, from IGN's romour-site?
  4. With the media thinking with the same analogy, there's also more pressure on delivering a better game than KotOR I was.
  5. Not a bad idea, it would be a nice feature it implement but it's probably too late for the devs to implement it. (Shouldn't they reach Beta-stage at July?)
  6. I'm a bit on the positive side concerning Jade Empire. It may not be an RPG in its traditional sence, but it's a Bioware product afterall. If the reviews rave as much about this one as they did with KotOR, i'll probably try it out.
  7. This will take a while, the link is a bit slow (Maybe due to popular demand?)
  8. Change the Ajunta Pall's sword to Naga Sadow's sword and we got a killing machine.
  9. Mira's wrist-rocketlauncher in the E3-video seemed pretty powerful IMO.
  10. Oh I am a jerk in real life too. Make no mistake. It has nothing to do with the internet. Fair enough.
  11. From what I saw, there weren't really any spoilers. It showed that new bounty hunter, Mira, in action, as well as I think the white haired Jedi. None of the plot or storyline was shown, and none of the end bosses or returning NPCs were shown. Yeah, the E3 demo "storyline" had nothing to do with the K2 game - it was a conscious decision. The white-haired chick in the demo isn't Arren Kae - it's just one of the female PC heads you can choose. I don't think the "white haired chick" was in any of the E3 levels, and if she was, then she's a sneaky one. Arren Kae? Thanks for that
  12. There's alot of games that are worth waiting for than KotOR II: F.E.A.R., Pariah, Halo 2, FFXII, Jade Empire, Fable...
  13. Doing personal insults over the internet so much fun, no matter how upset you make the other person, you're still safe behind your computerdesk. There's no boundries on how much of a jerk you can be. Unlike in real life... (Hint to the mods: i was sarcastic, i don't need another warning after the 'Carth Onasi church of love'-thread <_< )
  14. It's more likely that it's just a maketing gimmick, showing of the extremes for each part of the 'side'.
  15. That sums it all up pretty good. I expect the characters to have a more 'serious' tone to them since the general atmosphere in the Old Republic is pretty grim at this point of time in the Star Wars universe. I'm hoping for a very bittersweet ending for LS, and for DS it should be more of a sad feeling over it and not the "i'm the badass of badasses" that we experienced in KotOR.
  16. I'm not that pumped up for KotOR II right now since i have a lot of things on my mind right now: Doing my engineering thesis, finding a new apartment for me and my girlfriend and playing Final Fantasy X pretty takes up all the time that i have.
  17. Finally got my chance to see the vid, and as already stated, i didn't find any spoilers. The whole Telos outback was pretty nice, and some newer animations were shown when fighting in the Sith tomb. I had one grip though, and that was Mira's animation when running. It needs some serious tweaking, it looked really stale. Also, by judging the new screenshots, i see a man in a Sith uniform in your party that uses Canderous' repeating blaster. Could it be...? We'll see i guess.
  18. Way past bedtime when that one was posted. What i meant was that would be NICE if Obsidian would let people know on what happened to the Ebon Hawk crew, but that doesn't mean that it would mandatory to include it. What was also mentioned, was that if some fates were revealed, then how to balance the KotOR-fansatisfaction/KotOR II-story without sacrificing too much of either one?
  19. Almost. In the PC version you have to have a very high persuade skill in order for her calling you 'friend'. I think it 14 when i was playing male and 11 when playing female.
  20. That one i liked the most. Hopefully, they'll manage utilize it at its best potential, giving the same feeling ANH had.
