Face and Cloth Editor in KOTOR 2
What other LucasArts games have been released with an SDK?(especially the Star Wars ones) Maybe mr. Lucas himself wants to control his intellectual property, thus not releasing any mod-tools at all. Please correct me if i'm wrong on this issue.

With that kind of undertaking, the mod will not be finished until 2006.

Official KOTOR: AE FAQ
The dark force users head need more work on the eyes, they look like they've been done in MS Paint at the moment. Can't say for the rest of the shots, they look way too pre-mature to give a proper critizism.

Yoda character
LOL A Yoda that thinks like George Bush and the attitude of Bastilla? Thats the most frightening image ever lol. I agree though that if a Yoda character is included it shouldn't be a clone of Yoda or Vandar. The new Yoda character could maybe be younger (like not a 100 +), or female, or old but on the dark side. Don't worry, it was just my sarcasm who got out of hand again.

Yoda character
The problem with Yoda/Vandar is that they're pretty much the same person, but with one having better gramatical skills than the other. What we need is a female Yoda-species with the 'wisdom' of George Bush, the attitude that would make Bastila considered as the personification of modesty itself and she would have the same 'subtle' love interest for the female MC as Juhani did in KotOR.

Another KOTOR preview
I'm curious as to what the original source of that preview was? Was that someone's comments in the forum itself? Or did they get it from somewhere else? While a lot of the stuff written there seems pretty accurate, there's a few things that are news to me. I won't list specifics, but some of those things would require programming changes I haven't been told about, yet would fall into the category of things I tend to take care of. As such, unless there's a reliable source cited for that preview, I'd be skeptical of some of its contents. Of course, I was off Friday, so who knows what might've changed in a day! -Akari I think that it's easy to guess on what 'things' it is

Well, this answers some questions we've had
Have nothing to complain about on what was mentioned above, it's like they're trying to improve KotOR in every possible way. If they manage to pull that through, well that's another question.

Another KOTOR preview
Good to see how the devs are concentrating on the right thing, not how the plot-twist will be, instead it's how good the story as a whole will be.

Another KOTOR preview
- You "forgot" to use the force? oh, come on....
Except for Motta the Hutt of course! The mind trick is only supposed to work on the weak willed. I wouldn't expect a crime lord like Jabba to be weak willed. Watto's species might be immume to the mind trick because thier brains are very alien. Hutts may be alien enough to give them some resistance, but not enough for full immunity. I'd rather go with the "weakminded" theory( Wow, look mum, I'm a nerd ) Watto might have been a screwup in the technical department but he might have had some good bargainin skills and strong will to the point that simple "force persuasion" didn't work for him. If a whole race is force resistant wouldn't the jedi council know about it since it is an important deal for them to know? Yuuzhan Vong, they don't even show up in the force. They are cut off from the force, they believe because they used their powers for evil and became decadent and lazy or somesuch, so their gods took their ability to feel the force away. Sounds like they share the same fate as the Rakatans.- ebon hawk
I read in an interview that it would be something like that- MaStEr-ApPrEnTiCe
Ah...great song, great album, good times... Indeed it was- ebon hawk
Probably yes, then they're optional too. You can choose to let the Sith to board your ship and let the fighting continue there.- Would you rather have challenging
Just get proper balance in the gameplay, making everyone happy no matter how good or bad the player is.- You "forgot" to use the force? oh, come on....
Don't let Hades_One see that post of yours Heh.- Footage as of 5-14-2004
I actually got my lazy ass to sign up for Gamespot in order to see the developer interview and and trailer, nothing new really, but nice see something atleast.- You "forgot" to use the force? oh, come on....
As you said, if there's a possibility to get an apprentice in KotOR II, it will probably be later in the game, to give the illusion of the master stronger and wiser than the apprentice.- MaStEr-ApPrEnTiCe
Master, Master, where are the dreams that i've been after? Master, Master, you promised only lies. Laughter, Laughter, all i hear or see is laughter. Laughter, Laughter, laughing at my cries... The dark side is always tempting.- You "forgot" to use the force? oh, come on....
The easiest way would be that the MC would have just been a Padawan(but a promising one, very strong in the force) when he/she got booted from the Jedi Order, making the MC a mere lvl 1 Jedi in the beginning of KotOR II.- PLanets the same size? what?
Good luck to get the thing running on a modern comp. A Geforce 6800 Ultra was struggling @20fps with that beast of bandwidth True, but we are talking a few years from now. The Unreal engine is expected around 2006! Any game started now would probably coincide with that. Well, KotOR III on a Xbox 2 (or is Xbox Next?) would have a shot then, considering its specs. - You "forgot" to use the force? oh, come on....
