  1. I'm visiting OBS this week - which is most wonderful :). So, Saturday included a run along the beach in Newport. This is always an interesting journey to see the diversity of the sand denizens. From sparkly sequins to electric boarders to those who shine in non-conformity ... kind of reminds me of The Outer Worlds each visit

  2. Worked all night and removed a small mouse from my garage. I feel bad for it but I tried to release it somewhere nice. It was a cute little pest.

  4. Lovely! On our wedding night, in a lake side resort, a wee mouse got stuck in the garbage can and woke us on our first night. I quietly let it go and hope the owls did not see it suddenly running free

  5. I think that BG3's relative simplicity is built into it by the 5e ruleset. If there was a AAA Pathfinder (not Owlcat, because they said they can't balance a game where you can't jack up the numbers by 10+) or PoE 3 (because Sawyer loves his maths) then those would be a lot more complex by design. Imo some of the hard-core aspects of BG3 were the least fun, like weight limits and food. You could play around them without issue but they just added tedium to the game. I want to focus on fighting enemies, not the UI. I love it.

  6. Hubby's back is worse again so kinda tough there. My niece is nearing hospice territory. It also crossed my mind that my sister will be 70 before too long. Buncha other "mortality" reminders this week. I saw this, and thought "what a maudlin, kinda boring song," but by the time it ended I was bawling (both the sentiment and that the Beatles music was a big part of my kid life because of siblings - I remember where I was when the news of Lennon's death aired).

  7. It's absolutely the greatest game of all time (of ALL TIME) because the media has decided it should be so.

  8. Forget Justin Timberlake, my V is bringing sexy back. Timely reference, I know.

  9. Its been a few months since I mad this post. I have some more ideas. I have well over 400 hours in grounded and I am so happy the devs fixed the crashing ever since wasps were added. But non the less here are some more of my ideas. I would love if a dev saw this but this post really needs to blow up! First I would like to say something about the trap door spider I previously mentioned. I am not talking about changing the trap door spider but the place it lives. Those electric dig outs you see everywhere and can take the top off would be a amazing place for this. The spider having multiple tunnels in there a small crack in the plastic cover allowing you to go inside the cold wet and dark home of the trap door spider. A new idea I have thought about is traps, the traps in the game currently are very lackluster. I think a swinging log with spikes in it would be awesome. I realize this would be hard to implement due to physics problems but its a cool concept. Levers, please. Im thinking if you could lure a bug into a room and flick a level a wall would lift up and shut on the but behind it. Heres where another good idea comes in. Dispensers, something would be triggered like a string made from silk and would set off the dispensers and shoot arrows, poison arrows, gas arrows, etc at the bug. But levers flicking doors and opening stuff sounds amazing and provides so many good building opportunities. we currently have Salty, Sour, Spicy, and Minty. These are four common categories of flavors. But I think Cinnamon and Sweet are some obvious ones you could add in for new bugs/bosses and maybe even make staffs out of (rip the salty staff ).

  10. That is a fair question. I do think that they could remove some fence/brick wall from the edge and take the shed structure and reskin it with some extra details so its not a full on reskin. They have a old inside of the shed area they didn’t use, they could replace the walls with glass and beams and then add the new things I mentioned.
