I would recommend reporting issues here and through the Support section of the website. In my experience the devs don't have time to respond to each individual thread, even if it's an important bug needing addressed. Making sure the issue is in the issue tracker so that it's on the devs radar is the most important thing. Ymmv.

Well bit of both, Hegseth has some burning desire to show machismo at every opportunity, which given his less than stunning military service record makes me maliciously assume he's just insecure about being a mere Civil Affairs soldier and that Bronze Star has no Valor device. I think I know what happened; I did things in a sequence the game didn't expect, I guess. I took the archive by myself before talking to Ruth. I killed everyone at the entrance, pickpocketed the calcaduceus from the guy in the bathroom, and spoke with the archive. He triggered the quest to fix the things in the underlands, and only then I spoke with Ruth, took over Spiretown, and fixed the archive fully. Now the objective to deliver the calcaduceus to the order is active, but there are no order members at the archive to talk to and give the damn thing to. Somewhere along all that, the game forgot to spawn the order members at the archive. This all started because I wanted to see if Ruth had an interaction for me, for already having the calcaduceus when I talked to her. She doesn't ;_;

On the Greater Tranquilty Station, the card for Siri Xie is missing. ITs supposed to be in a box on a cart. Instead of standing upright, the cart is knocked over and the card isn't there. Theres a dead body next to the window which isn't in any video showing the location for Xie's card.

'cause he likely saw on a t-shirt or has it tattooed somewhere on his body. the reasons and explanations for the boat attacks were cobbled together after the fact by people smarter than hegseth. however, once a half dozen boats were hit, and a couple dozen people were murdered, the trump administration realized that there weren't a need to coverup evidence 'cause americans didn't f'ing care. multiple media outlets reported that there were no chance fantanyl were being smuggled on the boats being sunk and that as often as not, the people on the boats were ordinary local fishermen who were transporting cocaine to supplement their meager incomes. but nobody cared. as such, people with actual firing neurons realized that as long as the US didn't arrest and put survivors o' boat attacks on trial, the survivors could be sent home to venezuela and the trump narrative could be perpetuated on fox news w/o any counter-factual to muddy their propaganda efforts. is no need to murder survivors. incompetence v. insecurity... recognizing that they ain't mutual exclusive. Not just that, he drove across the US to do it. Plus he has a wife and children. The only (bizarre) conspiracy that occurs to me is he's a Taliban sleeper agent who was activated to get Trump to react the way he did, forcing Afgan refugees to return home and face revenge. But that's too MAGA/Q-anon-think. Maybe he has family members in Afghanistan who weren't extracted, and faced retaliation for his actions? Or perhaps he's just triggered by military deployments into cities. *shrug*

All the related quests are finished, Thessaly is still alive standing near the entrance to the recording studio and all Mitt will say is, Can I help you with something. I'm pretty sure the quest is broken for this playthrough.

I am also having the same bug.... I did both missions for the VP's (I had already gone to the memory refreshments facility and killed the Dr and got all documents for the 2nd mission) now there is no more dialogue and the lift level 1 is inaccessible- this is a pretty game breaking bug right at endgame as!

Hey, sorry for the late reply! A good place to start is the modding documentation that Obsidian themselves provided, and the Apotheosis mod tool by Noqn. The modding documentation is pretty intimidating at first but does a pretty good job explaining purpose of most of the game data contained in the .gamedatabundle files. Where as Apotheosis is built for exploring and working with that game data in a way that is much more approachable than having to format and parse those .gamedatabundle files. Otherwise if you have any questions about how to do more specifics things feel free to ask! So board strokes: Characters -> CharacterSubClass. This is where you set up the basics of a new Subclass entry. Abilities -> GenericAbilities and StatusEffects -> StatusEffect My advice would be to duplicate existing abilities and status effect that are close to what you want and make the necessary tweaks to those. Some of the data types for abilities and their parameters can be a bit confusing to navigate when making them from scratch. So maybe duplicate something like "Spiritshift_Cat" and make changes to a spider model, and for the decay penetration duplicate something like Heart of the Storm and change the keyword for the Attackfilter to on the status effect. ProgressionTables -> BaseProgressionTableAppend This can be a bit complicated to explain. Depending on what you are trying to do. A new BaseProgressionTableAppend is the best as far compatibility with other mods, when it comes to adding new abilities and features to a class, as these addition are additive to the existing class progression tables. However from what I can tell it doesn't support conditional subtractive edits. Such as setting restriction on existing abilities (such as losing access to certain base class abilities like with the Watershaper with fire abilities for example) for a new subclass. These types of edits may require making edits to how conditions for abilities unlocks on ClassProgressionTable.

Playdate - This was a strange buddy comedy with Reacher and the King of Queens. It didn't turn out like I expected. There was a lot of absurdity. That being said, the 12-year old kids were realistic. I think they were supposed to be absurd as well, but as a middle school teacher, I can tell you that preteens on energy drinks do actually become crazed heat seeking missiles.

Watched the first two episodes of the new Stranger Things season. I dunno.. maybe it's the 3 years break, or maybe I grew out of it, but it's really not hooking me at all. Something about it feels really boring to me, maybe it's just oversaturation now. Also, due to the time gap, everyone is really old now. It's very hard to imagine them as school children, when even that one black girl nerd kid from the last season looks like a grown up now, lol.

It's hard to see the real world gain from ambushing two national guardsmen. We are at a point now where political violence is normalized to an extent. Similar i suppose to the 60's and 70s. The impact wont last more than a week or two. So, what's the calculated payoff in doing something like this ? To me it does kinda point to someone who isn't thinking straight.

Whenever a companion calls out the presence of a nearby enemy while sneaking, the audio line cuts out just before it ends. This affects all companions.

If the free shield from Contingency Screen triggers while you have a different (non-shield) gadget equipped, swapping to Gas-Energy Deflection Apparatus changes its activation cost to 0 energy, which makes it infinitely spammable. To fix the bug, you have to let the manually activated shield expire, swap to a different (non-shield) gadget, then swap back to Gas-Energy Deflection Apparatus.

A couple of additional audio bugs I noticed: if you partially reload a Plasma SMG, the sound effect continues playing even after the reload animation concludes if you have increased magazine size, the sound effect that plays when reloading a Bio-Mass Shotgun cuts out before the reload animation concludes

Hello, Sadly i stuck in the n ray range since the beginning of November and i cant continue. Obsidian ist working on the Bug and it will be fixed in the next Patch. The Last Patch droped almost 3 weeks ago. Maybe someone knows when the next Patch will drop. I really wanna continue the Game i cant continue for about 4 weeks now..

Still no updates :(. Can't finish game and start new session.
