Ivan the Terrible
Honestly, I hope Obsidian can make a Light Side-specific ultra-powerful Robe that doesn't make me look like such a wimp. 'Light Side' does not automatically equal 'sissy', regardless of Luke Skywalker and his girly-man scream. I have no objection to Revan's Robes, however. I made this half-pony half-monkey monster to please you But I get the feeling that you don't like it What's with all the screaming? You like monkeys, you like ponies Maybe you don't like monsters so much Maybe I used too many monkeys Isn't it enough to know that I ruined a pony making a gift for you? Topaz Quasar
The only reason it looks pink is because of the ambient lighting in the Star Forge. :D Either way, the Star Forge Robes may not even return in KOTOR2. The shots we've seen so far are just placeholders.
Jedi Master D Murda
I hated the Star Forge robes as well. When I first saw them after having Revan's Robe they looked nice but after a few playthroughs they were really ugly. Hopefully in KOTOR II they will have more powerful Jedi or Sith tunics. Arkan
Power armor > pussy robes. "Of course the people don't want war. But after all, it's the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it's always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it's a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to greater danger." - Herman Goering at the Nuremberg trials "I have also been slowly coming to the realisation that knowledge and happiness are not necessarily coincident, and quite often mutually exclusive" - meta
Ivan the Terrible
Power armor > pussy robes. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Being a Jedi in Power Armor feels pretty lame too, though. Gheralt
*scratches his head* Perhaps I'm confused. The Revan robes had leather straps and buckles (and look very nice on a fallen Bastila, but nevermind that), but the Star Forge robes, which look like something a crazed but powerful desert hermit would wear, are effeminate? Chemix
I think they look desert ish, not womanly though. However they do suck. Atleast in this game we get actual robes, none of this texture on robe bullcrap.
