Darg Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 I've tried to google it but I can't come up with anything. Are enemies supposed to regen hp even while fighting them? If i get an unlucky string of misses the enemy just goes straight back to full health (15 sec approx.)
Kurgen Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 Dunno about that, but I have seen them heal each other or themselves, partially at least.
Arctic Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 not all monsters, but yep, some monsters regenerate, and other cast healing spells. (your warriors regenerate too XD)
Katarack21 Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 Enemies who have fighter abilities regenerate endurance just like any fighter.
Emptiness Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 (edited) Focus as many party members' attacks as possible on one enemy at a time. Once an enemy goes down they stop recovering endurance and they stop dealing damage to your party. Edited April 1, 2015 by Emptiness
Striped_Wolf Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 (edited) Fighters regenerate as they should, and some encounters got enemy healers aswell. Edited April 1, 2015 by Striped_Wolf
sparklecat Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 I was very indignant when I saw a combat message about a xaurip using lay on hands.
Magrusaod Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 Yeah, fighters have endurance regen. Chanters will grant regen for the whole group. Paladins will LoH. Priests will heal their allies. Monsters may have regen. Humanoids may be holding and use potions. Just like you can.
sparklecat Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 It's a little lizardy thing, it doesn't get to be a paladin!
Katarack21 Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 Paladins are fanatical believers in something whose fantacism gives them power. They are pretty fanatical about their dragons!
Mungri Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 (edited) Kind Wayfarers are not fanatical!!! They just want to hjeal meh! Oh its funny though in this game that paladins are the best healers, priests dont heal anywhere near as much. Edited April 1, 2015 by Mungri
sparklecat Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 Paladins are fanatical believers in something whose fantacism gives them power. They are pretty fanatical about their dragons! It was still quite unexpected :D
Darg Posted April 5, 2015 Author Posted April 5, 2015 Fighters regen endurance? I haven't come across a tooltip that says they do and using my fighter's sbilities do not return endurance. What I mean is that everything regens. They all seem to regen at the same rate so monsters or "kith with more total take longer to get to full. Phantoms, skeletons, the "boss" of level 5 in od nua. The combat log doesn't show anyone casting spells. They regen even when knocked down or paralyzed.
Darg Posted April 6, 2015 Author Posted April 6, 2015 I just noticed the constant recovery ability, my bad. Still doesn't explain every enemy having regen.
Duncan Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 And some enemies go into a frenzy, and i can't see their endurance levels, etc. Enemy kith have classes like we do, that's why. Their fighter's regenerate endurance, like yours do. /thread
Tigranes Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 I just noticed the constant recovery ability, my bad. Still doesn't explain every enemy having regen. That's because not every enemy has regen. I don't think skeletons ever regenerate, though? hypocritelecteur Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 (edited) Would love it if enemy mobs quit the game when your party used healing spells and abilities. "THIS IS POPPY****" screams the Xuarip warrior, as he alt-ctrl-deletes out of your game window to furiously post on the Obsidian boards. -edit- Wow, poppy**** gets censored?
