There are loads of distinguished and important people who are attending that include 4 USA former presidents and of course Barack Obama who flew in this morning. The UK also has several prime ministers present including David Cameron and Tony Blair. The traffic has been a nightmare with all foreign dignitaries being escorted on the highways and its raining heavily.
