Good Old Games

I got that when I clicked to look at it but ended up getting it. Meh.  Jack Keane 2 for free would be ok

Well, it's not like you got ripped off at that price.  :p

It's not a completely horrible game, but it was a disappointment after the original Still Life, which was quite decent.

Torchlight's free right now if you didn't get it last summer, or whenever.

You see, ever since the whole Doritos Locos Tacos thing, Taco Bell thinks they can do whatever they want.

Torchlight is free on GOG for the next hour or so.

Edit: I see babaganoosh beat me to it.

Have a free copy of Torchlight if anyone misses it being free currently.

I'm pretty sure I have every single game from GOG I want, and still I keep going back there to check the sales like a junkie.

Bit afraid I'll start buying games I won't ever play before long.

Happened to me long ago.

Age of Wonders 3 is still more expensive than Steam's sale on it.   Wonder why that is.

Also I have Torchlight for free, any of you people want that ?

Just be aware it's not the original Z, it's a PC port of the mobile device version and apparently has horrible controls.

I wonder why the hell GOG released that version instead of the original.

GOG.com Now Supports Linux

50 games in the first wave and more will come in the future, both native linux versions and custom builds made by GOG.

Pretty cool.  Most of those "custom builds" are just old DOS games running in DOSbox (same as they do on Windows), which you could always run on Linux in DOSbox, but at least now it's all "out of the box" install and play, rather than configuring DOSbox yourself.  Curiously, The Witcher 2 is not among the initial rollout of Linux games on GOG despite the fact that there's a Linux version available on Steam.  I imagine they're probably waiting for the kinks to get ironed out by the company that did the OpenGL wrapper for it (there was a nasty memory leak among other issues back when I played it a month or two ago) before they unveil it on GOG.

I'm still waiting for a re-release of Metal Fatigue :\ Or better yet a sequel. I'm still not sure why the game didn't take off because it had some interesting and well executed ideas.

Games from Paris special sale has Aarklash: Legacy for 70% off, among other titles. Get it if you missed previous sales, it's a very good, though not flawless RtwP tactical game with nice graphics.
