Karranthain Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 Lightning bolt! Lightning bolt! Lightning bolt! Sorry, had to. I'd guess something that'd cause the gun to misfire - summon rain perhaps?
evdk Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 Fatal intestinal maelstrom. 1 Say no to popamole!

Delterius Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 (edited) Maybe whatever my google-image ripped avatar is casting, seems nasty. But I can always Conjure a musketball and fire it with telekinesis. For irony. Or Illusions because the musket is unlikely to hit already, worse if the person's seeing double. For a good measure, I'll also Conjure alcohol into his bloodstream. Edited September 20, 2012 by Delterius 1
nikolokolus Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 Throw your familiar in front of the gunman.
Garrett Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 throw a fireball in his face. Then with the fire, the blackpowder of the guns blow with him ! cqfd

Cantousent Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 I'd try to blind him with my stupid looking pointy assed wizard's hat, take his weapon, shoot him with it, and then I'd cast pyrotechnics to celebrate. Well, illusions of yourself might still be useful, depending on the situation and especially how it came to be. Maybe Conjuring Mud to jam the wheelock and soak the gunpowder?
Infinitron Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 Primitive firearms aren't waterproof. Water arrow, Thief 2 style.

Monte Carlo Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 Obvious: while the heathen firearms user tries to arm his crude weapon, I Charm some peons, perhaps his allies, to wander into the already haphazard line of fire. Should that fail, my shimmering form, aura of sustenance and, frankly, superbly crafted plate armour should repel the missile...
Nonek Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 Harsh language. What film is it where the big bads doing his expository menacing only to be blown away mid gloat by a six shooter? It's seriously swiss cheesing my noodle trying to remember. Quite an experience to live in misery isn't it? That's what it is to be married with children.I've seen things you people can't even imagine. Pearly Kings glittering on the Elephant and Castle, Morris Men dancing 'til the last light of midsummer. I watched Druid fires burning in the ruins of Stonehenge, and Yorkshiremen gurning for prizes. All these things will be lost in time, like alopecia on a skinhead. Time for tiffin. Tea for the teapot!
Kopi Posted September 20, 2012 Author Posted September 20, 2012 I think I'd cast some kind of hallucination and make his foot appear as a rat - and let him rid of this pestilence ridden vermin.

chrisrobin Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 (edited) Maxed Bluff Skill: "Hey, careful with that gun! I'm in your team, you idiot!" Agreed, some form of Glibness spell. Or some form of Grease spell. Or fill their lungs with water/food. Edited September 20, 2012 by chrisrobin
Paul D Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 So many options, for something different cast a Mirror/Dopple-ganger spell and create multiple copies of yourself (confuse which they aims for) then rain destruction down on the shooter.
The Sharmat Posted September 21, 2012 Posted September 21, 2012 After seeing all these posts, I really hope Obsidian has noticed them as well and that blowing up an opponent's magazine with magic can be a thing.
