Zoraptor Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 The dlc for DAO is problematic to install full stop- I've got the retail ultimate edition and even that had significant problems. That certainly isn't the reason for DA2 getting blocked though, that's down to the changed tos.

Outrage ensues. Why has elegance found so little following? Elegance has the disadvantage that hard work is needed to achieve it and a good education to appreciate it. - Edsger Wybe Dijkstra
Fighter Posted August 13, 2012 Posted August 13, 2012 Lolz. And yet another personal anecdote is interpreted as an offence against the female sex by the perpetually offended. These people probably get an involuntary tic in their face any time they see a man holding a door for a woman.

Morgoth Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 Dontnod's Adrift becomes "Remember me", to be published by Capcom Now that I watched the trailer: Looks like it has the potential to be a little sleeper hit. Sure, it's not very original, but neither was Binary Domain, which easily blew Mass Effect 3 away. Rain makes everything better.

I wonder if this is one of those "it'll run, but we don't officially support" kind of deals, then. "Show me a man who "plays fair" and I'll show you a very talented cheater."
HoonDing Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 Revolutionary gameplay anno 2012. Running around triggering cutscenes. The ending of the words is ALMSIVI.
Morgoth Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 The game does have Ass Creed and Watch Dogs traits, but that's no wonder since ex-Ubisoft devs are working on it. And why do these characters have Anglo-names? I thought this was playing in Paris. Rain makes everything better.
Tigranes Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 *shrug* both this video and the first reveal gameplay video - the place looks great, but it looks boring the same reason Assassin's Creed 1 failed for me; I only get to do a few mildly interesting things before cutscenes take over every 30 seconds in a highly linear sequence. Back to playing Thief 2.
